These “twice baked brick oven” chicken wings were extremely undercooked. It was absolutely disgusting. This is completely unacceptable. If I wouldn’t have cooked these in my own home oven I would’ve most likely caught something. BROCKTON, PLEASE CHANGE! THIS IS NOT OKAY!
Now, I understand why they would go out of business.Bertucci Sampler, what a $17 huge mistake with 35 minutes wait - look at the chicken. Only the meatballs will be eaten.? NO, meatballs is trash, too.
I have loved Bertucci's for a long time, but our experience this past Sunday (May 22) was a disaster. We had friends in from out of town and arrived at 6 for dinner. The place was in no way busy although there was a group of 12 being served. Our waitress was struggling. I don't know how many others were working. At 7:00 we went looking to find out when our food might be coming. We were ready to leave. When the food did arrive, it must have been sitting for a while because it was not hot and had dried out. I understand that they were short staffed but a simple comment to that effect might have calmed thing down. The manager was understanding and we didn't pay for the meal.
Wonderful place for a family dinner. We ordered the lasagna, it was quite a big portion and delicious, the fettuccine alfredo with chicken, the alfredo was more oily than creamy, the kids pepperoni pizza, came out a little hotter than what one would normally hand a child, but once it cooled it was a great option and perfectly made. Had terrific service with a very clean dining area.
This place needs help! The waitress on tonight refused to serve us and yelled at the nice girl trying to seat us! Apparently she was the only waitress clocked in! The other waitress just coming in already got seated one so she said no. Then we tried to order take out and that was 30 min for pizza! I’m pretty sure 2 waitresses (one who is an old waitress who clearly hates her job) is not enough staff for a Friday night at 6pm! The nice waitress did run after us and said she would sit us but at that point I’m already turned off and will drive to Mansfield bertuccis anyday!
We have been ordering pizza from here for years. We placed an order for 3 pizzas and a salad (~$100). We only received 2 pizzas. When we called and asked the person we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. She was surprised when we wanted a refund. By the time I went out and got my kids a new dinner I got to eat cold pizza. A full refund would have been appreciated. When a company makes a mistake you should ensure that the customer is whole and happy with the resolution.
We arrived shortly before 6pm and was seated in the bar area, we just missed the dinner time rush. Our server, Margarita, was outstanding. She asked us how we were doing and asked us for our drink order. When she dropped off our drinks, we placed our appetizer order - calamari and it was nice and crispy and hot. After she put in the calamari order, we had a few questions on the entrees which she either answered or got the answer for us. When our meal arrived, mine was cold (it was the oven baked dish), which she apologized profusely. While I waited, she came back with a complimentary salad while my boyfriend ate his meal. When my dish came back out, it was steaming hot and again, she apologized. After we left, we told her she did a great job and wanted to speak with the manager. Because they were short staffed, the manager was busy cooking. As we left, my boyfriend went and found the manager anyways and told her that Margarita did amazing and was so friendly, nice and awesome. We will certainly come back again. Giving 4 not 5 stars because the food came out cold.
My friend and I went there had a large pizza and 2 glasses of wine each. Oh yes and the garlic knots with olive oil. It was fantastic and the service was exceptional.
Delicious bread served with oil, seasonings. Pizza great, had spicy hamburger, great crust. And chicken parm dish. Great service!But don't eat too much! Like me! ;)
We called in an order, they answered and read it back, said ready in 40 minutes and hung up. Got there in 40 minutes, nobody at the pickup desk knew anything about our order. I asked what the phone number was (maybe we called the wrong store) and found out we had the correct location. The two young girls at the pickup desk didn't seem interested in helping me so I left.
