the waitress was very impatient . came back 3 times within a 10 minute time span. didn’t give me enough time to browse the menu . We had to move seats because if you sit beside the windows , you’d be greeted with huge black ants ! when it was time for me & my friend to eat the soup spoon was dirty . the food was delicious ! Although , when i paid she took the bill to a lady , looked at our table & asked for $6 more because they “forgot to add the dumplings” .
This is the first time we had this type of dinner at a Japanese restaurant and it was good. Price is decent. We enjoyed cooking raw food in the pot with boiling soup base of our choice. Fun way to eat with more than 2 people.
I've been coming to this Restuarant for over 3 years. Unfortunately my last 5 or so trips haven't been the best but this trip today was it for me. The chefs give out more food to certain people and when you try to ask or find out what's going on they go and talk between employees and come up each time with a different excuse. They tried to tell me I ordered wrong today when I order the same thing every single time I go. They still charged me over 80$ even though I continuously told the chef & waiter he was making my order wrong. We left both plates on the table UNTOUCHED and they made a show about it trying to convince me I ordered wrong. It's always something lately their. Never returning.
Waitress told me I didn’t tip enough and complained she had to split the tip with someone else so I should give her more. Unbelievable.
We were here for the weekend from out of town. Ur menu on line looked very good. We decided to go. We had a terrible terrible experience. First r drinks came out & the wine glass was very dirty & spotty. The menus were disgusting, very dirty. R server didn't explain anything on the menu or even how to order. With it being our first time at ur restaurant the menu was confusing. My daughter went up to a table & asked them if they could explain the hot pot. We decided to order that. R server never came over & asked how r meal was & we were never offered any water or hot tea or dessert. The ladies room was a disaster. The bathroom.doors do not lock. Paper towels all over the place & toilet paper as well.We paid alot of money & we did not even enjoy it. When we were leaving we asked the hostess if we could speak to a mgr. Her answer was no mgr was on. How can u not have a person in charge of running a restaurant. It looks very run down.We will not be returning to your restaurant. I would not recommend your place to my worst enemy. We were so disappointed.
Fun experience if you get a lively chef…the food was pretty mediocre, but still good. I brought my children here (ages 4months, 2yrs, 3yrs, 8yrs, 10yr and 16) .. my 10yr old can’t eat this kind of food so she didn’t order. My 2 & 3 yr old split a kids meal, 8 & 16 shared and I ate my own. After paying our bill with my card I added a 15% tip, because-like I said, the experience is right if you have a lively chef, we did not…food was mediocre. But I still have 15%-and it had the suggested amount on the bill. As I was trying to load my cranky baby and tots into their seats when I was approached by the waitress asking if I had a good time and if my kids had fun, I said it was good. She then pointed out the tip I left and told me “this too little, you need give us more money for tip.” I said I’m satisfied with what I am leaving. She said “this is not only for chef. This is for all Of us to share. I need money too. You call your husband and have him bring you money” … so odd. I just left. Likely won’t be back lol very bizarre
We waited about forty minutes for the chef to come to our hibachi. He rushed through the cooking portion. Seafood and meats were cooked before the vegetables. Food was flying over the table as he slung it onto our plates. Food tasted dry and improperly seasoned. Waitress told us this location only has 4 chefs. There are about 12 or more grills full of people waiting to be disappointed by an overworked grill cook.
Great food entertaining chefs
Whoever had a party of 28 and expected to be seated at the same table. Are you completely daft? No Hibachi restaurant could accommodate that.My experiences have been nothing but great. The Hibachi cuisine is always fresh, seasoned well, and downright delicious. The Shabu is a great experience if you've never done hot pot.
Very bad experience. They forgot about my appoinment, was a first date..Bad service at the bar, i need to ask each time for refill my wine glass, no ice buckets somebody stole it, can i just keep it here for you? I know the bottle” Food is average,Calamari is good 10/10, sushi is 4/10. Arguing on everything. No mask, bartender only on the phone.Avoid this place!
