Simply horrible all the way around the board would not even give one star but that’s the only way I can give this review. I travel from state to state. And I have been to many cheesecake factories and by far this has been the absolute worst.I ordered paste with Salmon after sitting for one and a half hours the manager walks to my table and says I’m sorry your food is taking so long to please give them a few more minutes there was a issue with my order. Being a little frustrated I held back and said no problem. I finally received the meal I ordered and started to eat and the food was cold and the pasta was all stuck together and undercooked. Super hard and simply a mess. Even the waiter felt a certain way so much so she was making it her business to not even ask if everything was ok or even pass by for that Matter. I had to get up walk to the front and complain about my food. I sit back down and the food finally comes back out. And I find myself more disappointed. If I say they looked like they grabbed my salmon put it to the side and put more pasta from the same batch they just used through the same piece of salmon on the side all broken up would be a complete under statement. I felt totally disrespected and for the price you guys charge was even worst. I simply do not mind paying for my food in any capacity however, when going to a place like the cheesecake Factory the people expect way more class. You guys really need to get it together because this is definitely unacceptable. Such a beautiful environment yet horrible food and horrible service. I will NEVER go back to this place and I advise anyone and everyone that can read this please we aware. NO STARS from ME.
Yummmmy my big factory burrito was to die for, simply amazing wife enjoyed her pasta, kid enjoyed that big chicken sandwich. Waitress was on top of her game bread was flowing food came out on time that Oreo shake was awesome lots of cookie chunks was the day before Mother’s Day so the wait was long 50 mins I just went to walk around the mall and they text you. Only thing I didn’t like they ran out of the black bread the famous pumpernickel I believe it’s called. Other then that all around amazing mother day dinner with wife and kid. I am a big guy and I didn’t even finish that burrito wow just so filling and wow trust me try it.
Shame on you! Last week, my 17-year-old vegetarian daughter and her 3 friends dined there last night, and she ordered gluten-free pasta with no chicken, and the waiter delivered the meal with chicken. She complained, and the waiter told her to just pick off the chicken, which she did but barely ate it because it tasted funny. At the end of the meal, the waiter came back and didn't offer a to go package but replied, "It's almost bikini season." When she came home, I was so upset I called and spoke to the male manager, and he didn't offer any restitution? He only said he would talk to the server. #cheesecakefactory
If you plan on grabbing a quick bite this is not the place for it. I've never spent less then 2 hrs in this restaurant for a dinner. On This particular occasion our bread was stale and we only received one piece of each kind. we then ordered pretzel bites. They were freezing cold almost like they werent defrosted enough. our entrees took an hr after the app to come out while every other table around us that ordered after us got there food. When our food finally came out the green beans weren't cooked at all and the mashed potatoes were freezing cold. My parmesan crusted chicken looked like someone had thrown up on it it was a gross looking brown color. And the chicken was extremely rubbery. Our waitress was nice but she barely checked on us through out the 2 and half hr dinner. The one great part about this experience was the front counter girl who I had ordered my cheesecakes to go from. She was friendly super helpful and very quick.
I've always been a fan of The Cheesecake Factory. I'm a creature of habit too. Hooked on the chicken marsala! Love the atmosphere too (at most locations)! Don't forget to ask for bread - soooo good!
All right, so my friends and I went for a cool Friday night and this happened we called the manager and they didn’t do anything. I think he didn’t even believed us that it was their fault my friend got her water with a plastic cap. And the food was trash as well, never going back. ??You guys should know better.
Food was good, had to place an additional order for fries they literally brought my daughter out 11 fries. Lol yes we counted waitress threw them in no charge. Besides that we enjoyed ourselves…
The Head Chef, Ashley, is amazing at her craft and we have never had a bad meal from this restaurant under her culinary excellence. Great service and servers are deserving of a 20% tip minimum!11/10 would eat here again.Thanks for being our family's favorite restaurant!
As always call in to reserve a table. Food is excellent that you may not have room for dessert. Staff appeared over worked with to many tables to accommodate.
It’s a nice place with nice food but the service is a little slow.
