Dined around 7:00pm this past Friday with my fiance, my bestie and her husband. We walked in at 7:00 pm was sat at a requested booth table right away. Our server Patrick noticed us immediately and came over and welcomed us to Fridays and introduced himself along with his trainee... Patrick was top notch awesome from beginning to end ??...I have worked in the restaurant bizz off and on for 27 years and I find it difficult to receive from a server the top notch service I give as a server, especially from a chain restaurant, until my visit on Friday with Patrick ?... from my delicious strawberry margarita to my apps and my entree I was 100% pleased ?? restaurant and restrooms were very clean as well! We will definitely be back to visit Patrick ? Bravo!
Went for dinner, sat there for 35 minutes before some guy (didn't introduce himself) guessing he was the manager. Came over and told us the waitress had 6 tables by herself, sorry. Offered no solution at first. Then stated the waitress had 8-10 tables alone. Literally within 30 seconds of the last tally of tables.He then offers us drinks "until the waitress can get back to us"And to top it off the restaurant smelt like they have never washed the floors or fabric in the restaurant. There was dust an inch thick on the sills. The place needs a new manager, a serious cleaning and more help!
Chris, our server at the Braintree location, went above and beyond to make sure we had good service and a good meal. The soda I ordered was coming out from the soda gun not tasting right and he went to check on it which was really nice. Food was good, the Cobb Salad being huge and filling with fresh ingredients. The chicken and shrimp platter was good, the geilled chicken was a bit dry, but otherwise flavored well. The chicken wings were on point, definitely would get those again.
Absolutely amazing! Was served by a young lady, Rafa, and she took great care of us! She’s so pleasant and happy with a contagious laugh. The food and drinks were delicious but Rafa was the cherry on the top! She made it easy and fun. Thank you! Will be back!
On e waitress had to clean off my booth table before I was seated. Beh-my server- allowed plenty of time to choosemy selection of Fish & Clips. From ordering to being served was 12-13 minutes. During this period I started a rough review. Beside the fish, the meal included plenty of fries & coleslaw which was on the small size compared to the rest of he meal. The fish-cod- was one the best fish & chips ever. My booth was a two seat booth compared to the other booths. From what I viewed seating was mostly full size booths with & three high chair tables. In my area was a rectangele sharped bar, with high stools.. This Friday's is located in a small mall, plenty of parking. Both the Fish & Chips & this Friday's are recommended.
Horrible service. The waiter rushed us to get our order in, as it was "school vacation week and it might get busy" We barely had time to look at the menu before he returned to ask us what we were getting for drinks. He also pressured us to order our food at the same time. So while our order was being rushed, the actual preparation of our food and drinks was delayed. We recieved all three appetizers before our cocktails were done. And by this time, the waiter had already served another table! The food was okay, mediocre to say the least. Edible. But the nachos we got barely had any toppings, though they were described on the menu as being "Loaded". That's an exaggeration, quite frankly. When we finished eating the mediocre food, the waiter didn't even ask us if we wanted another round of drinks and instead just walked by and left us with the check, with nothing more said. After paying the check, we reported this to the front desk and walked out. If the front desk lady is reading this, this is the "review" we told you to wait for. Hope you enjoyed. We will not be back.
We were table of 9 people and the all our food was cold like it came out the fridge! The waiter was good however the Manger was bad he only took of the CHEAPEST items off our almost 200 dollar bill.
We don`t go to TGI Fridays often but always enjoy it when we do, the whole thing was great, food, staff, clean place too, the reviews I had read were poor but we had all agreed on TGI before I read them, so we stuck to the plan and went anyhow, and we are glad we did!! great place.
The wait was entirely too long. The food was both cold and over cooked when I got it. The Mgr was short with me. The waitress who was working thr tables around us was going thru her custs way faster than us. The waitress we had was pleasant but it seemed as if she was new and had no support to help her maintain her custs.
Kirsty was amazing l, really friendly. Food was amazing too! Our daughter has an allergy and they were amazing with accommodating her. Thank you ?
