Everyone that works here looks miserable
Literally the worst Starbucks location on the planet. The girl on the register didn't know how to ring up my free reward. That wasn't even the problem. My problem was when I brought it up to the other guy making drinks, who I assume was a supervisor or manager, he had the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. It was a small kiosk inside a mall, so I guess low expectations. Never again.
Worst location. After one too many disappointing experiences, I stopped coming here. Will never visit again.
never acknowledge you when you come for an online order pick up. i ordered a drink 20 minutes prior they didnt make it because they were out of cold foam which is fine but they could have made the iced chai. said they were gonna make it proceeded not to and i was running late for work and had to leave without my drink and out $6.
Trash ! What kind the person ? All the drinks are leaking!! And one drink asked for no ice ,only 1/3 of the cup, are you kidding me? Worst experience at Starbucks,never order at this location,waste your money and time
