^^^^^^^ PLEASE SEE UPDATED REVIEW ^^^^^^^^4/12/2022: This Starbucks use to be awesome. Now, it’s just terrible customer service and wrong orders. In the past 2 weeks ( I go every morning before work ) they have made my coffee wrong 6 times, one time I just left it because it looked strange. And this is mobile ordering. They do NOT honor the customizing of the coffee (I always get extra/extra of 2 ways for my coffee and they just don’t do it) And my bakery items, recently, cold. Not warmed. You can see how fast they are moving and I do not believe they are taking the time to read the tickets appropriately. Slow down! I want you to make my coffee right, if ur backed up then fine, but PLEASE, stop messing up my coffee!! I pay extra for it and I tip. So??If you can find another one, do it. And when I told the alleged “manager” she had nothing to say. Not even sorry. Im spending like $8 on a coffee every day and no sorry?? Extremely poor management & lacking in customer service. It’s a pity.UPDATE 4/18/2022: So I spilled my whole order (2 coffees & sum eggies) all over the passenger side floor of my car. I was so bummed out bcuz of it & bcuz I was like already back to my office. I brought my order back and showed them & they just asked me to rip the tags off so they could make them again for me (I didn’t have to pay again which was cool cuz it came to $17 rounded up) And they have actually done that twice for me. A lot of places do that but they turned it out fast for a Monday morning which was really appreciated. So thank you.
I guess they just do what they want, when they want. Google says it opens at 5am today (time confirmed by Starbucks two weeks ago), their corporate website also says 5am today. I drive 15 minutes to there at 5:45am and the door is locked... and the three people milling about behind the counter don't acknowledge me until I get their attention, not to unlock the door, but to give a non-verbal "we're currently closed" signals.
Everytime I ordered the Venti cup beverage without ice or light ice, they only fill it 1/3 or 1/2 and this never happened in all other Starbucks I have ever been in the MA. Go to the Milton store if you live nearby.
This location used to be great. It's ridiculous now. You have to wait a long time for a black coffee even when you're the only customer there.
Perfect location. Friendly staff. Makes the order just perfect even before the closing time as well with patience.
Do I even have to put a star? Went into this Starbucks to purchase gift cards for the holiday. No one was around and another customer had to shout to see if someone was working. Someone then came out and said they’re closed. At 3:50pm on a Sunday? I then commented that the door should be locked if they’re closed. He then began to shout at me for being rude as I was leaving. By all means, I was not being rude. As I was driving off he was out on a truck and gave me the middle finger. Now who’s the rude one? Glad I didn’t give any business to this Starbucks.
Awesome location across the street from South Shore Plaza, clean, personable and fast. Parking lot is a death trap. I always grab a coffee here before my night shift and employees are always courteous, even when they are about to close.
Every morning i order a venti pumpkin cream cold brew with EXTRA COLD FOAM (extra 1.00) and I never get it. So I chose to drive 10 mins the opposite direction to the Starbucks in Milton that actually knows what EXTRA means. They must not care at quarter past 5am. Terrible attitudes at this location also
I love this Starbucks. Everyone is always super friendly and nice. Very clean and just a solid Starbucks. They’re also pretty quick!
Ordered my coffee online but I wasn’t able to order the bakery item. So, I went and ordered in the store. While waiting I ask the employee Abby to check on my order. She was very rude and disrespectful. I told her that this is not the way you should be talking to customer. But she kept going on. Definitely need training about customer service. Will never recommend anyone to this location. I wish I can give 0 stars for Abby.
