First timer. The ambience was a bit sterile, was going for that eclectic, collector, vintagy thing - but there was no finesse to it...just "stuff". The server was nothing more than competent. The FOOD was great. I had a burger chock full of toppings, my partner had a grilled sandwich. Both were delicious and well portioned. The accompanying fries were top notch.I can see us becoming regulars here.
Love this place! Bartenders are quick and attentive and make great and funky drinks. They pour a great Guinness and have a ton of other local beers like stellwagen on tap always if that’s more your speed. Service has always been good and the spicy burger and southwestern egg rolls are ??
Food was OK. Appetizers were the highlight of the meal. Waitress disappeared half wat through and never came by to check on us once the food arrived. The cocktail a vanilla latte was not as sweet as I expected. Took forever to get the check. There was live music for Sunday brunch.
Came here with family for brunch, food was good, our skillet mac didn't have all its ingredients when served but they took care of it. The appatizers were very good get the cornbread. The vanilla latte cocktail could be sweeter
I got the pulled pork sandwich which was good but lacked bbq. Fries are tasty. Fiance had the mac and cheese with chicken and bacon. Didn't seem to come with much of either for the upcharge they put on.Service was ok but they disappeared a number of times so getting the check and anything after the initial drink order was slow. It's a solid place overall.
Only reason not a one star review is because I've been here before and the food was decent. Went to grab lunch with my wife, got seated and sat for about ten minutes with no one talking to us or even acknowledging our existence, 2 people then came and sat next to us and someone shortly came and took their drink order. Just up and left, probably won't go back as the food wasn't good enough to make up for that experience.
I came here for their Sunday brunch and ordered food off both their regular menu and their brunch menu. We ordered a single pancake with chocolate chips, the chicken and waffle sandwich and built our own omelet. The brisket (in the omelet) was very tasty and i was pleasantly surprised by the chicken and waffle, although I didn’t actually expect it to be in sandwich form.I asked my server which side was the best and she said the truffle fries. I’m not sure if that’s because they were the most expensive side or not, they were good but nothing spectacular. The chocolate chip pancake was probably the most disappointing thing we got. I didn’t realize my partner had ordered it with chips until we got the bill and mentioned we got billed for it. Turns out it did have them, but we paid $1 for about 5 chocolate chips total because none of my bites had any.As for the atmosphere, this place seems to be LARPing as a cowboy and it feels a bit awkward. They play country music but have a bunch of quirky “live laugh love” type decorations inside.

Enjoyed the food, beer and atmosphere, but the service was a bit lacking. One of our diner’s meals didn’t show up with the rest. The sever didn’t ask if everything was alright and we had to track them down and ask. The meal still didn’t show up until most of us had eaten and it was at the bottom of the bill suggesting they had forgotten to put the order in and didn’t say anything. Speaking of not saying anything, it’s a nice touch to thank people for their business. Gumbo, Brussel Sprouts, sandwiches were all decent.
I wanted to like this place, and I'm open to giving it a second try (even if my boyfriend isn't). We got takeout. The Mac and cheese was not very cheesy. Pretty bland even with pulled pork on it. The burger was just ok but was cold... as were the fries. (We picked up when they said it would be ready) But the biggest disappointment was the southwest egg rolls. White people made them and you could really tell. Literally everything needs more seasoning.
