I went there for the first time couple weeks ago and I gotta said that I was really impress by the architecture inside. It was confusing at first but with the assistance of that young lady named Valerie, the process for me went smoothly and the sandwich was really good. Mostly giving it 5 star cause the customer service I received I believe that such thing is great qualities.

Great food, but quality of service has gone way down.Picked up an order for the office on 9/21 and when I got back I found out one sandwich never made it into the bag.Called a few minutes later asking for a refund for the missing item and was told it would take 1-2 weeks.Still nothing.
I honestly went to legal seafood service, food and bugs while dining was a flop. I went downstairs to look at businesses on the lower level and this place said open person in there but didn't open the door that's bad business to potential customers. I honestly didn't know about this side of South shore mall I have years been going to Macy's, Dave and buster and the eateries. I wouldn't even attempt to go here either because if a person is outside the door knocking see I had my grandson accompanied me and it was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place or any other eateries on this side of the highway. Go to one across the highway with Dave and buster better choice and eateries open by noon.
Went to try Potbelly’s for the first time. Just ordered a salad and sandwiches from this location and the produce was rotting. Please, don’t get sick!
Food is good. I had the pot pie soup, which was very good. I removed three stars due to the fact that a customer there, who had already CALLED IN an order, 30 MINUTES before I arrived, was told by the lady at the counter, "Your order was called in during a rush, and therefore all the UberEats, YELP, Dinner Dash, etc was being prepared FIRST ! ! ! ! " WHAT? ! ? I would have demanded a refund and went elsewhere. MEANWHILE, customers coming thru the door and standing in line were waiting a mere 4-5 minutes for their orders.....and SHE WAS HAVING TO WAIT OVER 30 minutes ???!!!???!!!??? WOW..... AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOOD FOOD. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE>
Sandwiches made by untrained staffs. The sandwiches were poorly wrapped. It fell into pieces when I took it out of the paper bag. I ordered an avo turkey and there was no avocado in my sandwich. I can only guess that when they asked me what condiments I want in my sandwich I only mentioned lettuce tomato and onion. But I assumed that avocado would be on it since that’s what I ordered and paid for. First and last time at potbelly. Not much different from subway sandwiches.
Skinny woman who took my order around 12 was rude to me felt like she didn't think I spoke English on top of my onions smelling old first and only time coming stayed in hotel up the street wasted my time walking here
Oh wow, I'm surprised by the multiple 1 star reviews about a month ago. I had a great experience, so maybe they improved by the time I visited.So, we visited about 2 weeks ago, and we were fairly impressed with the food and service. I got a half salad and sandwich, which were both very fresh. We also got a cookie for dessert, which was really tasty. The lady working was super friendly. I was really excited that there was another option for salads around the area.
