Jake and Joe's is good It has the own unique taste and environment inside the restaurant. Service is good fast and the food comes out hot and ready. I like the churros dessert but I don't think they have that anymore but if they bring that back I'm coming back.

A large group of us dined here last night. Our waiter was fine to start, but as the meal went on, he was nowhere to be found. I ordered a drink that did not mention anything about being spicy however when I took a sip, it was intolerable. I sent it back immediately. I was charged for it which I do not agree with. My daughter ordered pasta and by the time it came out, the rest of us were done with our meals. We had to track our waiter down for a status on the food and to get the itemized receipt. Very disappointed as we have always been happy with the Norwood location.

Great lunch today with my Daughter, nice atmosphere, excellent service from Waitress Stephanie! Great food

$20 for a sandwich. And like a totally underwhelming sandwich. I’ve ordered from here a few times (I am a hopeless optimist). I don’t rate restaurants until I’ve had consistently good or bad results. Consistently bad here. Sliders were all dried out. Soggy fries. Tiny buffalo chicken dip. They have no right to be charging this much money for food that is not very good … in Braintree no less. This isn’t Boston.

Great family dinner birthday celebration!!! Servers were attentive and friendly.

Great value, great atmosphere . Food was very good and service was excellent

Great service. Food was very good as well. It was a bit loud, but it was Game 7 for the Bruins so that was not a surprise.

My main complaint is the hostess. When we arrived for our reservation the hostess said she had a table that was being cleared and it was a high top table is that ok. My daughter replied my mother doesn’t do well at a high top if you had a booth available that would be so much better. The hostess then gave an enormous sigh and said give me a minute and begrudgingly went to look. She can back and said it would be 15 to 20 minutes before a booth would be available. I did not want to make everyone wait because the bruins playoff game was on and nearing the end. I said to the hostess please seat us at the high top but if my legs go numb I will have to be moved. She then sat us. There was a booth open and had already been cleared and set. It was not seated until our food came. In the meantime within 5 minutes 4 other booths had left. Let me also state I am a retired restaurant person. I have waited tables worked a hostess station been a manager and retired as a general manager. I know the business from the front of the house to the back end to food costs etc. The hostess station sets the tone for a pleasurable dining experience. This little young lady needs a lesson on guest etiquette. Our server was outstanding and the food was quite good. They rest of my party were happy to be seated to see the rest of the bruins game which was the reason I did not say anything to this little hostess who I would not let ruin my Mothers Day with her attitude. If the restaurant was extremely busy I would not even say a word but we came at 3:15 and it was evident not a busy time with many tables that were open on the hostess side and a booth that was available and several tables with checks that were being paid. The front desk needs to do better for you business.

Good food, good service, just a little loud for my liking.

Excellent food and very attentive service. Very large, spacious dining area and clean bathrooms. It was exactly what we needed as a family after a long day at a basketball tournament. Highly recommend!
