We were waiting for our meal after sitting more than an hour! I ordered a medium rare steak but received the full done with black sides and black onions... Thank you for such a mess breakfast!
Business Plaza that this location is located in is less useful then most other plazas, but still provides a lot of places you may want or need to visit. The food offered by the IHOP is decent quality however I feel given the prices the amount of food is just a little bit low, but not by enough to be of issue. If you're in the area and want a place to stop for lunch/breakfast it's a great option.
Portion was good, cheese not melted into the omelet (not good), scattered menu. I always experience something bad @ IHOP. Food, service, language...We need Waffle House in New England, because IHOP & Denny's are crumbling...
Clean and not crazy busy. Food came out quick, hot and delicious. Service was decent, attentive. Good value.
Waitress I wish I remembered her name was the BEST!!Food excellent and all you can eat pancakes ( for limited time check offer).
Courteous hostess at the door (Emma). Quick and professional server(Emma). The food was prepared quickly and as close to perfect without me going in the kitchen and cooking it myself (Edwin)! Haven't been in an IHOP since 93'... that's right. Not living in the area and I'm saving this IHOP in GoogleMaps.Thanks for the great meal!
If I have choice To give ihope in Braintree less than one Star I will give a zero the customer service is horrible the waitress a disgusting I am very disappointed I order my food and go pick it up I wait about an hour when they bought it to me it’s cold and the waitress have an argument with me they acting like they giving me a favor instead they still have a job because of the customer the servers are very rude no Costomer Service over there.
It is a very typical IHOP. Unfortunately they appear to have been hit by the staff shortage and we have found ourselves waiting for a table often (even with multiple open).Upon our last visit, we did get very frustrated as the wait staff brought out all 4 adults meals prior to (and I'm talking 5-10 minutes prior) to the kids meal.

Opened at 7. It was open but dark. No servers arrived until 730. The cook seated us and took orders after physically running to the parking lot to find his coworkers. Luckily the other couple dining were super friendly
