The donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwich were excellent! The staff were very accommodating when we realized my son ordered the wrong donuts and I appreciate their swiftness to give him new donuts even though it was our fault. From the customers there, it felt like a local neighborhood favorite for getting together with friends in the morning. We were just passing through.
I bought a large hot coffee in this morning, the cover does not Fits and my hand got burned ?
Small donuts, coffee was okay, went from old school coffee and donuts to full service eatery, almost. Went to some kind of bs coffee with a shot of this or that.
Very long lines, gave me wrong order twice
11/13/21Sorry but average is good for this place. Since the induction of this store I can't say I've ever had a good experience. I remember when it was a McDonalds that's how many years I've given this place a shot. Different faces same problems.Today I wanted a lg latte the girl said medium, so I already feel like I'm an inconvenience to them, I took the medium (which was good, made well) and and didn't order food like I was going to. She said anything else, but I would have suggested something and that might have gotten the customer back on board.Average is good it is an improvement. I left with out the products and quantities I came for. Felt like a burden. But in all fairness the drink was made well, probably the best drink I've gotten from this location that wasn't made completely by machine. And as a former closing manager of a DD location 10mls away I know how it's suppose to be, I know they don't want to be there, but they are working so do a standard job. Repeat the order back, suggestive sell, because the regular (customer) Infront of me got the service and attention all customers deserve. I spent $4 when my intent was $8+ And tip because former manager.
The pleasant chipper girl on the other end of the speaker earned the $5 tip I left.
Yells at you for asking about discounts, takes your food and threatens to tamper with it, then kicks you outA while ago, Justin rung me up without a coffee discount I regularly use. I noticed and asked Justin to double-check; he assured me he did scan that coupon. The receipt confirmed afterwards that he did not. This is a problem I only ever had with Justin. Every other time I ordered, the cashier would apply the discount for the coffee along with any other food in that order.Yesterday, I ordered a coffee with two wraps, and Justin rung me up again. Again, I could tell he did not apply the coffee discount. Again, I asked him to check if he applied that $1 discount. Again, he lied and said he did. Again, the receipt showed that he did not.I brought the order back inside, and a different cashier offered me a cash refund. When I pointed out how the refund would have still been less than the amount overcharged, she suddenly said she can't refund me.Justin came over at this point, and when I said I had asked him to check if the coffee discount had been applied, he yelled at me for "disrespecting" him.Because he then came around the counter and began shouting at my face, I showed him the receipt and how there was no discount for the coffee. He took my coffee, retreated to where I could not see him, and yelled out about how he was going to make me "the best coffee ever".This was clearly a veiled threat to tamper with that coffee. I mentioned this to another worker -- a lady with dyed hair -- and she kicked me out.I get that times are frustrating and working service can suck. I get that it was over a trivial amount of money. If I did, I didn't mean to disrespect Justin. Maybe there was confusion over the discounts applied. Maybe I was too unnerved about being lied to my face and about how I was being treated.I don't want to be the stereotype of Asians being stingy with money. Over the years, I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, ordering from Dunkin' Donuts -- that $1 coffee coupon by itself ultimately does not matter.I just want to be treated like a person. I am not going to order with Dunkin' anymore.
This is the third time and another place now, that they mess up my order. I ordered for veggie sandwich and they give me turkey sausage in it, should have checked but didn't think orders are messed up in almost all Dunkin Donuts. I could have excused if it was only once, seems like other 1 star ratings are similar mess-ups as well.
Good Dunkin coffee is hard to come by, and this place is no exception. Awful baristas if you can call them that.
Best Dunkin around by far all Dunkin regulars know. The only Dunkin to offer medium coffees for 1 dollar afternoons, they close early so get it while you can.
