Drive Thru Order Taker was very rude and kept rushing my order, telling me to drive up when I wasn’t finished ordering. Guy at the window, said the price and not a word after, zero customer service skills. I ordered food AND drinks. How do you forget to give me napkins AND straws? Make it make sense.I’ve worked for Dunkin’ before (not this location) & I know how a rush feels, I know how it feels to be understaffed during one, and never was I purposely an a*hole to customers even on my bad days, that’s what customer service is. Fake it till you make it. But really, disappointed.
Coffee is way overpriced they were out of oat milk and the ice coffee didn’t taste good at all
Prices on rise coffee ☕ same as last year's prices must be the lard price of the donuts but that can't be right as the donuts are smaller. Someone said prices are going up so they went up.

The staff in the drive thru is almost always 10/10 friendly. I would check mobile orders before leaving I've had more than the occasional missing item after ordering through the app

Sat here 20min and they didn't even make my food....not the first time but definitely the last time I go there.
They either get it right or wrong more time wrong. People there are great just got to pay more attention to the orders I know how it can be worked in food industry for a long time.
