Corporate owners store now when it was family-owned they treated their employees like family corporate treats them like numbers, businesses way down. It's insane donuts muffins. They come trucking in. They don't bake them there anymore. Businesses down 13% from last year at this time. Paul's corporate cares about is the dollar. When the family run they care about the people, not the dollar in the service and their employees not this place not corporate. They just care. They not care or Burt does not care. Corporate does not care about their employees. They treat him like dirt. Corporate should resell that store on route 18 in Weymouth across from Cumberland farms. Mary Lou's DD Bank back to a family run corporate does not run a store like it should be run. It's a shame that store will close probably in the next one year to 3 years
I believe in good service all the way and you clock in for work if your having a bad morning keep it to yourself. After waiting in line I ask the lady if thats my order ( cause she moving so ? ?) she had get an attitude with me, i told to her have a great day and walked away.
I ordered one donut. I got 12 donut. 12 Boston Cream. Too much cream. 12 donut cream. Not one donut cream. I got Iced coffee. Coffee was too cold. Worker good. Too much long hair. One kid had a huge nose. He was nice. 5 stars. ?
This is the best Dunkin I have ever been to, the staff on Monday was so kind, and the two young gentleman made excellent coffee.

I was surprised how friendly the staff are . My coffee came out delicious. Nice clean sitting area. The young lady Jessica who made my coffee was so helpful with explaining the swirls and shots for flavor . Overall I give it 5 starts .
