Team Us 2K enjoyed a delicious dinner here at Cielo. Dinner started with the Nachos and Salsa which was good. Main course included Azada Tacos with Black Beans and Rice, Chile Lime Salmon with Mashed Potatoes & Wings. Dinner was washed down with a Mezcalita Pina and Yucatan Margarita. The food was very delicious and the Mezcalita Pina was very unique tasting. Service was outstanding.
Long overdue date night, my husbands idea to come to Cielo because it's my favorite Mexican restaurant. Small enough, yet outside dining in better weather. Beautifully decorated, love the bathroom too. Anita makes tableside quacamole and her son is the owner. Kevin was our waiter tonight, excellent service from him. Love Cielo.
Nice relaxing place with comfortable seating arrangements. The food was delicious and drinks. Great atmosphere and clean.
Tried this restaurant yesterday...a little gem my husband found. Authentic and delicious Mexican food. The fresh made guacamole was fabulous. It's made in front of you when you order.It's not a large restaurant but it was very busy when we got there just before 4 pm. I have a feeling this place is always busyI had the pescado al ajillo and my husband had the fajitas - delicious. Can't wait to go back
Used to be awesome, unfortunately the cooks and management are not Mexican anymore and the food is not very authentic. The chips were warmed up store bought and the salsa tasted like it came out of a can. When I asked for a spicy alternative salsa (thinking maybe they would have a Rojo or Verde) they gave me cheese goop with harbanero sauce mixed in. I'm very sad, as this was such an amazing place, just awhile ago.
We have tried this place three times. The first time even though there weren't many clients, waiters standing around, and many open tables they told us it would be a 45 min wait. The second time we ordered it for pick up. The food was decent but it all tasted the same and it was very salty. We should've called it quits after that, but alas we didn't. Tonight was our third go at this and our experience was the same as the second time we tried it. Everything tasted the same, it was like everything was cooked in one pot and divided up. The salt content was so high I don't recommend this place to anyone with high blood pressure. Such a shame!
Great local excellent Mexican cuisine. Best chimichanga I've ever had. Long list of many delicious margaritas. Cozy seating, great service. I think the guacamole is prepared fresh for every order too! Looking forward to going back when we are back in town!
Best Mexican I’ve had!!! Oh my gawwww I came here last night and the chimichanga was to die for and the chipotle mashed potatoes are so flavorful and dense and DELICIOUS!!! The refried beans were so good I ate my friends’ beans too lol!!! Even the plantain in the middle of the beans was perfect!! The vegetables cooked to perfection! My margarita was made with xtra xtra xtra lime juice as I asked and they actually did it & was delicious ! I may even come back in again this weekend and bring friends!!
Absolutely delicious and authentic! Will definitely be going back.
