Disappointing…. I’m currently still in the store waiting it’s 8:35 and the food was supposed to be ready by 7:40 2 bowls made the exact same way… (and I’m not the only one) It’s not like working in a restaurant, this is what 3 lunch ladies do for an entire high school and 10 employees cannot manage a small rush…. Just ridiculous, surprised there no manager or team lead to get this mess straightened out and the employees straight because while the line keeps building it doesn’t seem like anyone wants to help another station out, instead they just talk to each other and speak disrespectfully to other customers when they get called out. This place used to be good, but the person serving me didn’t listen to any of my order for extra rice or chicken and gave me the least amount possible. They proceeded to have the worst attitude. The rice was stale and disappointing.
The team that worked at 1:00pm on 03/18/22 was is PERFECTION. The food was great but the customer service was so good. The best I have had at any chipotle. The cashier was so sweet. While she was cleaning, she checked in to make sure that everything was good when she passed by my table. They really made my day! Thank you!
First-time eating there.Gentleman, behind the counter was engaging.Asked if I had been there before.He explained everything about food and topings . So helpfull to me.Food great two meals out of one bowl.Definitely go back.
This is the WORST chipotle location. I ordered ahead and went to pick up. They served multiple people ahead of me when I had ordered ahead and only needed to be handed the bag. When I got back I realized they had not included any utensils in the bag for the burrito bowl. They also screwed up and gave me a bowl that should have been a burrito. The 3 burritos I ordered were all drastically undersized. I didn't realize that Chipotle had started charging more than $10 for a children's sized burrito. Go across the street to Qdoba.

Went last night and the place is dirty. All the tables had leftover food on them. The open fridge by the register was not stocked and was dirty. There were two Haitian ladies working and I commend them because you can tell they wanted to work. One was assembling the burritos and then started stocking while the other was cleaning the food area. She then started with mine. There's usually two people in the assembly line but she was the only one at that time and stopped after putting on the meat. There were two other younger people at the register, so I thought maybe the guy was being trained. You can tell there's some tension as the assembler kept looking at the girl at the register...like are you going to help? It was almost a minute before the girl went to finish assembling my order.This place needs better management or people that want to work. There has to be someone to set expectations. It seems like it's harder nowadays due to covid, but it was a bad experience. Places were cleaner during covid and we have regressed since.
I was disappointed in procedure at this location. Due to my daughter's Celiac we always let Chipotle staff know it's a gluten-free order. This location didn't change gloves or clean station.
DO NOT EVER do a mobile order at this location unless you have an hour+ time to wait for it. The online order line had at least 15 people in it, 5+ folks ended up leaving with no food because they were sick of waiting. One person asked for a refund and got one but when the rest of us asked for one they said no they can’t. One of my orders had extra cheese and I specified no cheese online. My chicken bowl had literally NO chicken it was all rice and cheese. Manager doesn’t know how to do her job, there’s so many employees, horrible organization especially with online orders. There were online orders sitting on the shelf that were over 2 hours old and nobody is checking. Manager said “oh your meal could of been stolen it happens a lot here.”
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. Figured, maybe I should try one more time. After this, I’m done. If you can’t get a mobile order correct, don’t be associated with mobile apps. I asked for a burrito with white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, guac and extra chicken. I did not receive guac or extra chicken. I did however receive salsa which I did not ask for and lettuce was also added that was not requested. The tag on the burrito foil clearly states what should be in the burrito and epic fail.The last time I actually went to the establishment, there were 3 people working and one of the 3 was the cook/manager on duty and one was the cashier. That means there was one person on the assembly line. The line was out the door and mobile orders weren’t being done on time. Bad service overall, if I could give a 0 star rating, I would. In my opinion, don’t go here. Find another Chipotle location.
