Chateau is a fast food version, a bit up scaled from the Olive Garden. Average food, but nothing to get excited about, go to for a special night out, or wait to be seated. Prices are WAY overpriced for the quality, portions or atmosphere charged. As a last alternative for Italian dining, maybe. My opinion is Italian fine dining can be found elsewhere for same $$$, perhaps a few dollars more for an authentic Italian atmosphere. BIG NO NO is ordering a steak! Not the place to be doing so.As to waitstaff, over the times visited, immature and inexperienced wait staff, most especially when eating at the bar. Real turn off as one can immediately pick up on who the ‘regulars’ are, leaving others to wait as they chat away. For these reasons, I am being generous in rating the Chateau a three star restaurant.

Bars got a ton of space and keno! The house dressing is fantastic and so is the French onion soup. Not a fan of much on the menu but to each their own!

Wasn’t the best and was expensive. Sat at a table by the bar and saw them warming stuff in the microwave. Pretty bland (not much flavor). Came from out of state and wasn’t impressed. Also chicken tasted funny and was taken back. Didn’t offer something different just took it off the bill after 2 bites. Calamari and mussels with noodles were good except the noodle part needed lots of red pepper flakes and Parmesan. Also never got refills and had to ask for more butter multiple times

Went there for a funeral luncheon. Staff was accomodating and I didn't feel like they were slow or inefficient. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions very generous. It was an enjoyable atmosphere given the tough circumstances.

Great service. Wonderful food. Clam plate is generous. Haddock St Germaine is also a favorite. My friends and I always enjoy coming here.

Our sever Chris made our experience great! We are from out of town and wanted to try this. Chris is a work horse. He was non stop moving, and had everything he had control over to us faster then we could blink an eye. I even watched him when he had no tables but ours, and he was in the back kitchen cleaning, not sitting around chatting or on his phone. Not very often do you see this work ethic. You can train an employee as much as you want, but you can't train work ethic.

3 STARS: Overall experience5 STARS: Service (Jenn the waitress is the major contributor)1 STAR: FoodI was looking forward to going to the restaurant but it was a major let down. Food lacked any seasoning and freshness. I initially ordered the new menu item the Baked Stuffed Haddock, which was very underwhelming. Luckily Jenn the waitress tried to rectify the situation and I later had the Fish & Chips.

Waitress was awesome, food was gross wasn’t authentic Italian food, 20 plate for microwave food taste like it was poured out a spaghetti o’s can. Don’t waste your time or money. Made us feel like puking after, who gives you a eggplant parmigiana sandwich on soggy bread, this place. Fake all around

Excellent food. They have a Bar side with a bar & high top tables & they have keno. They also have a restaurants dude. Very nice place

My family and I came here after our grandmothers funeral. It took them a while to take our orders. I ordered the chicken penne broccoli Alfredo and this is what I got. I’ve never seen any kind of pasta sit in a liquid like this. No one in my family was happy when they ordered this. It basically tasted like garlic water. I paid $15 for one glass of wine and received food like this. I’ll never be back and I think my family members can say the same.
