I love this place! The food is amazing and the waiters are soo friendly. The only complaint I have is, is that the last time I went there they didn't let me sit at the bar with my mom because I was under 21. But I was there with an adult and I wouldn't have gotten anything to drink that wasn't meant for me since I was there with an adult. If I was there by myself and too young, that's a different story but I was there with an adult.
Listen to other reviews, don’t come here . I regret not leaving immediately when the booth smelt like urine, actually stinging my eyes, and I had to ask to be moved. The restaurant was almost empty and I watched the open view kitchen prioritize online orders as we waited and waited...when we did receive our pizza it was the wrong one. After I mentioned this to our server, we were told the manager offered to correct the mistake and make us a new one, but we never received it. All in all I assumed my boyfriend and I could split a pizza and an appetizer and leave satisfied, but I was wrong. The portions are more snack sized and an hour later both of us were hungry again. The pizza priced $17.99+ are personalized in size and underwhelming. The dumplings (6/per order) are bit sized. The mall has a full food court upstairs, go there and save your time and money.
It hurts for me to write this as I've always loved California Pizza at Braintree. Great memories after walking the mall and having a wonderful dinner. Post COVID-19 and with rising prices, I left there VERY unsatisfied.First, the staff was very professional and extremely accommodating. Customer service was wonderful.Second, the food quality was great and enjoyed it.Third, the portion was horrible. As mentioned before, I've eaten there many times and always enjoyed the meals. The mixed drinks was watered down, the appetizer was extremely small and the main pasta portion was a joke, literally. It was a size of a lunch meal, even smaller at a cost of $19.99!Again, I understand that everyone is going through difficult times. But, I left there paying a lot and left hungry. I've always left satisfied and full. Unfortunately, not that day. Definitely will not repeat.
Beautiful restaurant in a nice mall. Convenient location with free parking, clean restrooms. Pleasant interiors design, upbeat music (a bit loud). It's nice to see the open kitchen. Pleasant shows on the TV above the bar (better than sports or news). Very good service, especially the guy cleaing the tables, he's very professional and motivated (pity thete are no name tags). But not 5 stars because the prices were a bit high and the portions were relatively small and not filling. Good experience overall !
The short and sweet: Awesome food, a comfortable environment, but a tad pricey. One great thing was that our chicken lettuce wraps were so good my 9 year old ate half the plate. Great stuff. I would definitely go again. The long and salty: Our table did get stuck with the trainee, which means slow and uncertain service while a more experienced server loses their mind behind the scenes. In all honestly the only negative thing we noticed from our visit was a lack of refills on our drinks. The server even felt compelled to apologize at the end of our meal for the lack of service.
Ambience was very nice and food came out fairly quickly! Our server gabby was phenomenal, super attentive and makes a mean cocktail. Will be back!
This was by far one of my worst experience while eating out. From having to wait almost 10 minutes to be seated because there was no hostess/greeter at the door, then having our ‘waitress’ bring our drinks over at 12:50pm then never returning back to the the table to ckeck on us until I waved her down at 1:28, which she return with cold food that been sitting under the heat lamp.
They don’t have enough staff. The place was empty, we waited for 30 minutes to be seated. Then we were waiting for our food for 75 more minutes!!!! We had a chicken nuggets with broccoli side then they brought 2 pieces first and 3 more pieces later! And no broccoli at all. They didn’t refill any of the drinks. And the foods were average.
Had a good time with good service here. Olivia was very friendly and helpful. She was able to recommend dishes when we were unable to figure out what we wanted to eat. The Caesar salad was ample and filling, with not too much stressing on the salad itself. The five cheese and tomato pizza was cooked with a crust that was not too thick, and with crispy. The avocado rolls which she recommended had a good amount of avocado and chicken inside and they were extremely filling. The staff were very prompt about clearing the table and making sure that the area was clean. The two cocktails that I got off the menu, the beehive and the orchard sangria were good, the orchard sangria was based on Olivia's recommendation after the beehive ran out. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely return.
I understand being understaffed but geesh! If you like slow and inattentive service, well you found your soulmate!Wacky hostess seemed dazed and confused!Terrible service. Thirty minutes to get bread, came out without order basically. Waiter/bartender walked by several times and always turned head opposite direction, after serving us bad soda that he knew needed changed and just left us there without water or anything. If it weren't for the manager serving us our food, we were about to walk out. Of course we had to pay for the bad soda which we didn't drink, petty, but it just topped off the terrible service! Not our first disappointment at this location, unfortunately, we won't be back!
