Took 7-10 minutes sitting in one spot in the drive thru to place order. When we got to the window we smiled and were polite because we figured with the wait they were already upset with previous customer, we were right they seemed to all be having a bad day. Never apologize for the hold up and had more interest in there own conversations then serving us. They also had a sign for coin shortage, but we paid with card so that didn't affect us.
Every time I've come here, this BK either has forgotten food items or give you soda water for a drink because their machines never seem to have the syrup for the sodas. They gave me a happy meal last week with no burger. Just fries. Braintree needs more drive through services. This BK also NEVER gives you a receipt. So if you wanted to get your money back or complain, how can you?
This Burger King is horrible! I ordered some food online through DoorDash. They lied and told the dasher that they already made this order and it was already given to me. Dasher called me and I told him no I did not receive. Poor dasher had to call me again because they tried to tell him that something I ORDERED wasn’t true. Finally got my food just to missing 2 fries and a drink. On top of that the food was cold. Seemed like it was just sitting out for awhile and they just decided to bag it. I’ve never been so disappointed with a food establishment.
I love the service and prices, plus the coupons. At a time of inflation, Burger King is thinking about us! McDonald's isn't handing out coupons! Especially not Wendy's!!!
The WORST! I live nearby, like less than 1 mile away so this is my default location for Burgerking. Oh man, i have been so many bad experiences with this location and today, i have to post this.I ordered a Pancake & Sausage Platter for breakfast. It was just so badly made. First, it missing the Sausage, they only put 3 pancakes in my box. Second, the pancake is uncooked and it is so hard, cant even bite it. This is just one of the many bad experiences i have with them. Few times I lost my money to their app for Online Mobile order. I come to the store to pick up, sometime there is no people there even in opening hours. They make it so hard to contact customer services when you have problems with their apps. And the Store does not really know the Mobile app, they owed me an order in the app but told me to talk to customer services to get a redund instead of just making that order. Burgerking cant hold their quality control at their stores.If it is not near my house, i will never go to a Burgerking.
Dirty, gross tasting, order was wrong, employees had trouble understanding english.
I had Antonio as a server and I absolutely loved his vibe, he gave us everything we needed fast and efficient all delivered with a positive attitude.
We ate from BK twice on this day. I had a Bacon King first and my first Whopper Jr. Who knows, I might order Whopper Jr's. more often.
