Absolutely terrible service. Waited for 10 min at the door before even being acknowledged. We go here often and already knew what we wanted. When we were sat at a high top the bartender came over to take our drink order. He dropped the drinks and said be right back and never came back. We waited over 20 minutes while people sat at the bar after us ordered and got food. We waited another 10 minutes hoping we would be acknowledged again but after 30 minutes of waiting we were too hungry and upset to wait any longer. Will NEVER be returning. Worst service ever.

Got here at 11:46 and the woman wouldn't let me and 2 children sit down until 12:00. She said well you'll be sitting for 15 minutes. I said so you want us to just stand here at the door? She responded yeah you guys can just hang out for 14 minutes. I'm really confused on why we can not just sit in a booth until the waitress or waiter arrives to work. Awful services

would do zero stars if i could. i dont know if the guy i had was new or what but out of 4 people in my group we all ate dinner at separate times. they messed up my ONION RINGS 5 times… and forgot.. my friends chicken was doused in seasoning. He shouldve just ordered the seasoning itself. he dropped off 4 different food items that were not ordered by us. After literally writing it down?? Unbelievable service. Ive gotten better service at mcdonalds. Not even busy and they “cant keep up”. $92 bill, and it wasnt even worth it. No napkins, utensils, straws. This place should be closed until it has a working staff. The waiter, Matthew, clearly cant handle too much at once. He would literally just come over and drop off menu items and walk away…half of them werent ours.

Everything was just sort of decent. Food was mediocre and they usually don't have enough staff. Everytime weve gone so far the bartender has to take our order because they don't have any servers. I understand some places are short staffed. But I will still keep going because it's one of my favorite places for wings.

I went into Buffalo Wild Wings today (party of 3) and there were two girls ahead of me already. Someone finally came over and seated them then came back to me asking if I was dining in. I said yes and then she said there weren’t any tables available except for at the bar and blamed there being no availability on it being school vacation week, which was a lie since February vacation doesn’t start until the week of the 21st (I worked in the public school system). I had a toddler with me so sitting at the bar wasn’t even an option but there were two booths available near the door and quite a bit of seating at regular tables.I walked out but this bothered me so I called and someone named Audrey picked up, I asked if I had to make a reservation to be seated and she said it was first come, first serve. So I’m very confused as to why all this seating was available but my party was unable to be seated yet the two girls in front were seated? So someone just reserved all those tables in there, although it’s first come, first serve? I’m not sure how seating is done here and I’ve come to this location quite a few times and never had an issue before. The entire exchange while in there was uncomfortable and came across more like she just didn’t want to seat us. Definitely very disappointed in this!

The service was good. But the place was severely understaffed. The wing sauces were a lot better than I remembered them to be. Oh and the fries are really good. The mango habernero sauce was actually spicy.

Chicken wings are hard. Felt difficult to chew.Charged extra for sauces, dips, and carrots. No draft beers.Just two clueless kids running the show.Empty place. Not coming back here.

The people who work here are always really rude there should also never be hours wait for a chicken place, no one is being fooled most of the foot traffic is for the bar not the restaurant. Regardless, it would be nice if when employees mess up, they tried to fix their wrongs. Also stop serving tiny hard pieces of chicken that no one can eat.

Even if it's still open it acts like it's going out of business. No beers on draft, though they have taps. They were out of most bottles also. They had hard liquor or limited mixed drinks. Food was ok, not great.

I wrote to this location to let them know that after my family had spent a lot of money on dinner, half of our order was inedible. We took our order to go so we didn’t know until we were home. But half ( not an exaggeration), of our chicken was so hard and tiny that we couldn’t bite into them. The company emailed me back and said that all of the pieces were different sizes and that because it’s real chicken there was no way they could make them all the same size. I GET THAT! But my issue is if you’re going to give smaller pieces, I need to be able to chew them. I have to be able to consume them, if not, you’re just frying up pieces of flour with nothing inside. I was disgusted with their response. I WASNT looking for a freebie by any means, but that was not the response I thought I’d receive from a well known establishment. If you want to break a tooth, have a visit here!
