I am not sure about any negative reviews of this place because they absolutely took excellent care of my college baseball team visiting from NY. Family owned business with Mom and daughter making us all feel like we were home. Orders were completed in a timely manner, accommodating 35 of us. Pizza and wings were fantastic, and dare I say just as good as NY pizza! Thank you for your hospitality. If anyone visits the Quincy area, definitely visit this top pizza place. John
Not very organized at all. We told them that we wanted to eat in, we sat there for 30 minutes or more and then I went up to ask about our food, they realized they had our pizza sitting on the top of the oven for 15 minutes. When we sit down to eat our pizza it was cold and they forgot about our salad. It doesn't pay off to give a good top before your is ready.
Ordered an order $93 . Order was missing ginger ale and fries. onion rings couldn't eat over cooked.hot sub was cold . Will never order again from here.
Im not one to write a review for anything but ever since the old owners sold this place has gone down hill. Now Every time there's an added charge, you ask them about it they blame their new pos system or a phone charge, or some other charge of the day, I understand the pandemic hit everybody but raising the prices and then the added fees is a bit much. They give you a time for and order then when you go to pick it up they have you wait another 20-30mins. Its a shame this used to be one of the best spots for food around.*edit for Owners Response* You can pretend you have no idea what I'm talking about, and act as if you are confused. The Facts don't Change i have receipts that show these added fees from Prices not listed correctly on the menu as well as "Phone Fees" "Credit Card Fees" just to name a few. Total Down Hill spiral from the old owners. Not to mention the food quality and customer service nowadays is non existent.
What can I say? They make an amazing eggplant parm! Thinly sliced, crisp and very flavorful. I had driven by BHOP so many times. So glad I finally decided to give them a try. 4 stars is moreso because I've not tried many of their offerings yet. Pizza is more on the thin and crisp side, which I personally really enjoy. So for folks who might like heavier cheese...well, that wasn't my experience. I'm also not a carnivore, but family members are and they really love the wing dings. Overall, really enjoying BHOP and looking forward to working my way through the menu!
That was the worst steak and cheese sub I've ever had. It was way too expensive for this type sub($12.50). It was cold when I picked it up while ordering about 20 minutes before hand. The cheese was not melted and not mixed in with the steak. Also, the white sub roll tasted stale.
Delicious food to go at a great price. Always satisfied when I order here. The fries are one of my favorites. The turkey club is excellent as well.
Ordered wings with blue cheese and got…duck sauce for whatever reason but ok other than that
Earlier my wife and I were driving on rt 3 and we were hungry so we looked up pizza places online. Being from out of state we didn’t know the area so we went with Braintree House of Pizza because it had five stars.We went in, stood at the counter looking at the selections and ordered a few slices.Here is the good part: the woman behind the counter came over and asked if the slices were hot enough, she said she asked because my eyes “looked puffy” - she wanted the slices to be to our liking. We told her we had just received some bad news and went to our table to wait for the food. When she came over we were overcome with emotion and she could not have been nicer! She was the first person we had seen since leaving the hospital and we were really feeling low. She commiserated with us and took a real interest in our situation. I don’t know how we would have felt if she just ignored us, but she didn’t!What a tender person to understand immediately what was going on. We feel like she was sent from Heaven to help us cope a little better. God Bless You, kind woman, whoever you are!
16$….. a small… 16$ not even going to bother anymore. I can make my own with 16$…..
