This place is an absolute gem! I am OBSESSED the Xi’an Cold Skin Liangpi.The spicy sauce option isn’t too spicy. I would say it is more like a chili oil than sauce which honestly is better and is still delicious! Nonetheless you cannot go wrong with the sesame sauce, it is absolutely delicious!Don’t be fooled by it being in the small plate section because it is pretty filling! The noodles here definitely take the spotlight aside from the place being considered a rougamo place. The location is definitely convenient. I come here very frequently and there doesn’t seem like anything will say otherwise.

AWFUL! SCAMMER!I ordered combo C and asked them to put the pickle separately. What I got in the end was missing rougamo, and noodles with pickle. So I called back asking for a refund as the restaurant is far from where I live. The owner refused to refund and said they would only remake the order. I told her I live far and asked for refund. In the end, she just hung up on me and said she is incapable for refund.It’s been four days since the incidence, and I didn’t get any follow up. The restaurant still owes me money in which they could have simply refund back to my credit card, transfer to my bank account, Zelle, etc. It seems to me that the owner just wants to keep every penny. There’re plenty great other options in food court. Keep away from this place if you want something good.
Really really good northwestern Chinese food! The location is a little random since it's inside a food court. But the food is delicious! I have tried their hand pulled noodle with lamb, the pork rougamo/burgers, as well as the cold noodle with sesame sauce. They were all great, especially the cold noodle.

Delicious noodles! Wasn’t expecting much at a food court but it turned out much tastier than your average general tsos or sweet & spicy chicken. Highly recommend
