I really like Wingstop's food but I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location. I placed an order for ~$50 worth of food on 5/6. Was told it would be delivered in 1 hour. Then 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered I got a text saying the order was cancelled or modified and to please call Wingstop. I tried to call 3 times but no answer. Then I followed the original link they texted and it said my order was cancelled. This was pretty inconvenient but I just made lunch myself. Then Wingstop still charged my credit card for the food they never delivered. I'm disputing the charge, but seriously?
Not a super fan of their chicken, a bit to crunchy for me, also I expected the garlic Parm chicken to be more like a sauce like every other place. I felt sick while eating it. If you have a change to go to a WINGS OVER before Wingstop I would suggest that.The reason I will give it 3 stars is at least the staff were very helpful and very nice when I said it was my first time there and gave us suggestions.

I had a pick up order of $42 at this store with order 173 Border St, East Boston, MA 02128 number- 7886332388868096. I was there to pick up my order and I was humiliated and treated rudely with the employee on the counter regarding the mask. I didn't have mask and so my friend and we have requested to enter us and to quick pick up our order which was paid, and for which the employees talked with us rudely and humiliated in front of all the other customer. After that I lucky found mask in my car but what if I didn't get one, do I really need a BUY a mask to pick up my food which is paid!!!!! I DONT WANT FREE FOOD. I'm really humiliated by the employee and I'm looking forward to take serious actions regarding this!!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They messed up my order and they didn't want to refund my money. They don't have a trained manager on duty and the employees don't know how to handled situations. Please be aware of this place before you place an order.
Ordered from Uber eats 3 separate orders, all came in same tin box and got mixed with each other, missing a drink and large fries from the order though the receipt on the front was my correct order. Food is good as usual but I do not enjoy spending my money on food I don’t get.
My son loves Wing Stop and we went the other night, he ordered boneless wings and fries. I love the garlic parm dipping sauce, very tasty. But what stood out more than the food was I had the opportunity to meet and observe the employees and The Good Boss., who just happened to be there. As we waited for our food I had the opportunity to speak with him. He truly is doing Gods work feeding people in the community. It feels good to support an establishment that truly supports the community. I highly recommend!
