This is young business that started during COVID and survived against all odds. The owner and workers are SUPER warm and friendly - English may not be the owner Fred's strength but hospitality sure is.I've been here a times and tried a few salads and sandwiches with friends and family and it's always been a great food experience! Sit outside when you can, because the views are amazing. Also, the bathrooms are fairly clean, which I appreciate. Take out is also very quick, I've observed. The food dishes are HUGE by the way. The picture attached is the Avocado Triple Deck (and the Goudapest in back which I believe is the most popular dish) and it was delicious and healthy. I look forward to coming back here :)
Second time I've been here first time was when they first opened and I found this to be a greasy non-inspired mess. But it's a new restaurant I'll give it a chance, somehow after many many years this place is still on Newbury Street, and it's still as bad as my first experience. I'm sitting on the highway right now stuck in traffic trying to find a place to turn off to wash the nasty taste out of my mouth from this gross food. I got their advertised most popular sandwich the chicken and prosciutto sandwich, it tasted like Asian vegetables for some reason I'm not sure if that's what they're going for but it was not for me. And the salad I got with it tasted likes chemicals
My partner and I ordered sandwiches to eat on the patio. We waited ~30 minutes for our food and watched multiple parties who arrived after us be served. When we checked in with the staff, it seemed that they had misplaced our order. When the food arrived, it tasted fine; however, 20 minutes after we left the restaurant, my partner became sick with GI symptoms that seemed a lot like food poisoning. Horrible experience, do not recommend.
It’s fresh and yummy! Uber eats spend $2.95 get ? this is Newbury street, can not believe! Thank you so much!
Staff here is so friendly. The pancakes and sandwiches are both delicious.
They have lots of choices on sandwiches, cold, hot, burgers, wraps and more. We ordered a Studio, a Newbury and a Bacon Cheeseburger. Everything was delicious but the Newbury and the Burger were huge. As a side you should get sweet potato fries 'cause they're perfect.
Best sandwich restaurant in town. Amazing food quality and consistency, as well as singlehandedly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I got my food incredibly fast despite just a couple of workers managing the entire shop. Could not recommend more.I had the classic burger with a salad and banana shake. Please go and make this a chain.
Went in yesterday for the first time and had an amazing experience. The breakfast is amazing and served all day. Tons of other great options to choose from and the staff is super friendly. Will definitely be back!
Creative and delicious sandwiches. Definitely somewhere you want to take out from instead of eat in and they are very expensive, but you’re on Newbury St. Very different options from your typical sandwich shop and not just putting sriracha Mayo on everything.. very well executed.
Tastes decent but overpriced.“Turkey Avocado Triple Decker” but mostly lot of bread and tomato with barely any avocado (see images).
