The sandwiches were good enough. Tasty, smaller size portions. Seems like basically a Quiznos reboot to me, complete with the toaster conveyor belt.

Was looking for an inexpensive lunch on newbury st and was interested in the concept of this place. They have their own creations and you can have a sandwich in a bowl for gluten free alternatives. The place was welcoming and clean. Not busy for lunch hour either. Will keep this place in mind next time I am in the area.

Love their sandwiches.. Very easy way to customize or choose from chefs special.. which gives enough options for vegetarian friendly people like me. Drinks/shakes/snacks available as well. Great taste and very economic. Would definitely recommend to try it out.

Today was a bad day until I met Kaiti and Soni. I just wanted a simple sandwich and with being overwhelmed with the day I was a lil overwhelmed with the menu but that wasn’t a problem. Soni popped up right away giving me all the tools and knowledge to build my own sandwich (was so fun by the way). Then my day got even better when Kaiti told me they had milkshakes. Let me tell you Kaiti knows how to make a milkshake. It was spectacular. I praise all the hard working people in this establishment. Will definitely be back knowing I made friends like Kaiti and Soni

Great low key place to grab a quality sandwich amid the high end shopping on Newbury Street! We were visiting the area for an event and it allowed for a quick meal for myself as a vegan and my body building husband - with options for extra protein. The toasted sandwich adds a nice touch and the easy to customize ordering method keeps us visiting when we're in the area. There were a few items out of stock, but we understand that's not uncommon these days. Thanks for the sustenance in a pince and for allowing us to not mess with trendy cafe menus when we had somewhere to be!

It's a little confusing the first time you visit as the ordering process is totally in your hands. But ince you get the hang of it, you'll love mixing and matching new ingredients for your sandwiches.

Man, this place looks like a health code violation.- Weird black bits in one fountain drink- We watched workers scoop the ice cream with their hands for our shakes, couldn't drink them from feeling grossed out- Toaster for the sandwiches looked to be rarely cleanedAdditionally, they were out of several ingredients & fountain drink cups, the service was slow, the radio was blasting uncensored songs inappropriate for the little kids eating there, and the sandwiches were definitely not tasty enough for the price.

Tried to go, but couldn’t actually order for two reasons. There was no paper cards left to fill out, and we waited 10 mins at the register to ask for more and/or order directly. We just gave up in the end as it wasn’t worth the hassle. Ironically they only registered our existence as we walked out the door but we’re incredibly rude.Might try again, but only if you sort yourselves out.

First time going to Wich Wich restaurant, I went there with my girlfriend. First of all you feel directly welcomed, the employee are very warm. The concept is quite interesting, you put your order on a paper saying all the toppings you want in your sandwiches. After waiting just a few minutes I received a very good quality sandwich, sadly there was no fries the day I went but the food was really good for a very good price. The restaurant was clean. I also order a milkshake, to tell you how great the employees were they even give me another glass on the side of my milkshake with the left over of the milkshake machine. This no waste strategy is the futur for ecology and it’s a great way to give customers a great services. I highly recommend this place and i am grateful to find this restaurant that i am definitely going to go again and again

First time here. Great subs. I had the Philly cheese steak. Really good.
