Was kind of dirty, and the girl at the counter screwed up my order. I asked for a plain double stack, and a plain spicy chicken. and there was Mayo and ketchup on both of my sandwiches
Saw either a very large mouse or a very small rat racing through the kitchen while waiting for our food. Warning that chicken takes longer to cook (apparently) so we waited about 15 minutes for our food.
It's a Wendy's. They are all perfectly fine. This one was clean and the people working there was nice. I give it 5 stars because anything less makes no sense. What am I gonna do, give em 4? It's Wendy's. It is fine.
At any given time I walk in there, I see the manager handling food with no gloves, not the crew, the MANAGER. Also, either wear the mask or don't. Don't be putting it on and off touching the inside of it then proceed to serve french fries with bare hands. I was going to call the health department right there. Super unsanitary and disgusting. Trashy attitude is just the cherry on top ?
I blame myself for giving them chances again and again. This location struggles and I am always disappointed with my meal.
Food was okay, but I expected better upon hearing about Wendy's. As for the prices, they're good so that's a bonus. Customer service is what you'd expect, but no glaring issues. A decent enough place.

The attention was horrible. The lady at the checkout speaks to you in a rude manner. I entered this restaurant because it was recommended to me during stay in Boston but the truth was that the experience was very bad...
The manager here (didn't catch her name) runs sh*t and makes sure things get done! Great, efficient service always!
I just wanna say, everytime I go to this location customer service has been outstanding... Lorenca is always so pleasant and friendly ☺️
