Cool little ramen place with very generous servings.
ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR!This company has very ignorant staff who do not know the rules following service animals. They are protected under the ADA and a patron cannot be denied service by having one. A business cannot ask for any “identification” for the service animal or the person’s disability. This was all explained to the staff, even being told that what she was doing is illegal. Her response? “i know it’s illegal but Im still asking and requiring ID anyway.” Y’all have staff admitting to doing and asking illegal things to customers and refusing service. Do not support this business. If God forbid you bad a disability and needed your service animal they would turn you away. Absolute trash.
We decided on the fried dumplings for an appetizer which were fresh, delicious and crispy. I got the miso Ramen spicy with bok choy added. Flavor was mild and savory, noodles were perfectly cooked, not soghy at all. Was not as spicy as I wanted, but the try of condiments provided suited well. She got the yellow curry Ramen was was verrrrry good. Classic curry flavor, perfect heat and balanced nicely. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back
I came for bubble tea, I asked for 2 mango flavor but it was so bad that I asked the waitress/cashier if they could fix it or change it. She changed mine but said no to my friend’s tea. Coconut flavor was good but really bad bubble tea overall, not recommended.
Family was looking for a quick bite to eat next to Boston Common while waiting for a tour to begin (we were tourists that day). We decided on Wen since it looked clean and had a good selection of pho and various noodle dishes (and many non-noodle too). The service is really nice. Fast, polite. They answered a few questions we had.The food was really great. We didn't have to wait a long time for our meals. We got a variety of dishes and they were all tasty.Prices we thought to be very reasonable too, especially considering where they are located. When in Boston again, we'll definitely go again!!
The food was decent. The one thing that bothered me the most was I paid cash for tips and the waitress added $1 on my card. I have both copies of the merchant and customer receipts. It is pretty obvious I did not tipped at all on the card, all cash. They should pay attention closely and honor what is written on the receipt. I emailed them about it with pictures of both receipts. Still waiting for a response. Either way, I am leaving a post here. If I read the reviews sooner, I would have paid alllll cash. Just be careful with this place.
Nice Japanese restaurant, you can eat in or take out. Good variety of food options. Friendly staff. I got a vegetarian noodle bowl which was flavorful and plentiful. Not over salted. Located on Tremont St. Across from Boston common. No long wait to sit down or for food. Also has bubble tea! ?
They are in a great location and reasonable prices for food. Very fast.
Quick, simple lunch. They are very clean, and it's a small menu. I honestly forget what my husband ordered, but I had the miso ramen. It's probably my all time favorite type of ramen, and this place didn't disappoint. The marinated ramen egg is better than the ones I make at home, and was probably the best I've ever had.Our waitress was quiet but sweet, and the food came out quickly. We also got the taro bubble tea, which was great. My husband noticed there was no 8ce in the water or bubble tea, but I can't complain about that because it means more taro tea in my cup lol
Very attentive staff and prompt service. Got miso ramen which was great - perfect for a chilly Boston day. Nice quiet, relaxing atmosphere to recharge in.
