We got Whalburgered! First and last time for this place. Ordered the Our burger with tater tots. Service was good. Product was bad. The whole meal looked and tasted cheap. Like a small step up from McDonalds with a higher price tag. Tater tots are toxic and frozen fried to crisp, like Sonic. Burger was just plain bad. The whole meal left a strange thick greasy film in my mouth. Whalsauce? Whalburger? Really? Nonsense. I could say more about this, but there is no sense in wasting more energy on this ridiculous place.
Celebrity restaurants are always a bit of a gamble but we should have kept walking after the hostess had a problem giving us a paper menu. We asked for a booth as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. This also obviously upset her, got a loud sigh and put our menus on the table and walked away. You have to order on the app, ok, done that before, waitress comes over a few minutes later, asked if we ordered, we said yes, she walks away. ?? After quite a wait, the bartender literally throws the burgers at us and we ask about our beers and she says, 'The server will get them." And off she goes. A few minutes later, she brings them over, not a word said. Burger was cold, fried were barely edible. And they want to tip up front on the app. I didn't even bother getting a picture of the burger as it was so disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE! We left and went straight to Legal Sea foods and had a civilized experience.
Best word to describe this place is “mediocre”. Almost all items out of stock. Just ok service. Could be cleaner. Non environmentally friendly cups for dine in. And even the french fries are just ok if not bad.
Soggy burger and extremely dry french fries (throw out most). Only a shadow to wahlburgers at Fenway. The chain is great but don’t bother with this one
I was so excited to arrive in Boston and see that Wahlburgers had a place here. Unfortunately, I was let down. Not sure why this burger tasted and smelled like fish. But it was disgusting. The burger was cold as well which I found odd because they handed it to me from the back… I don’t even think this place deserves a 1 star. I’d rather have McDonalds over this disgusting place. Oh and the employees were extremely rude too.
This is a good meal when it comes time to airport restaurants but a little lackluster. You will get a decent value and a break from waiting for your flight. The burgers are very good while the fries are soggy and completely void of taste.
The Service is good, but the food really JUST OKAY! It was loaded with iceberg lettuce. The meat was dry and the "famous sauce" tasted like thousand island dressing....it's blah. The lemonade is nearly flavorless!
Burger was very good and juicy ask for extra secret sauce to dunk your fries!!
The To Go is a complete disgrace. Waited for ages to get to the end of the line. The waiter stood behind the counter not helping the long line situation building up. The screens are confusing, and the assistance provided didn't help. Burgers were small and dry. For 16$ without fries or beverages you'd expect the burger to be (at the very worst) good and filling.If you have any other place to crash and eat besides this one in the airport, highly recommend to do so.
Staff were standing talking in the entrance to the dining area. There was a pause in the conversation so we asked if there was a wait for seating. The lady actually put her hand up to tell us to stop talking. Next time we asked they ignored us and carried on talking. We walked away after that and found legal seafood who were courteous and treated us like humans.
