Very good food and service. From appetizers to dessert, everything was spot on. Portions were decent sized and had a great pitcher of sangria. Only issue I experienced was the point of sale system. They include a 18% gratuity on each check regardless of party size(we were 2). I wanted to give the server a 20% tip. It wound up adding an additional 20%to the original 18% that was included! I did not realize it until I reviewed the receipt that was sent via email. I liked the service, but not worth a 38% tip!
Always great Puerto Rican food and excellent service. They find the best fresh ingredients to provide a genuine and authentic Puerto Rican gastronomic experience.
It was a long time ago after we went back for dinner last night. Food taste was good, presentation was not the best as is used to be. Service was very poor, when our waitress Stephanie greet the table and took the order was great. We never see her again after this, a couple others servers came to deliver our food missing my husband order which they realized until the end. It was a special occasion celebration and they donât even acknowledged. At the end, the supervisor on duty came to the table to see how the food was and this is when we told her my husband never get his dinner order. She offered to give us a complementary dessert which it was delivered when dinner plates were still at the table and didnât give us the dessert choices or after dinner drinks. Very disappointing dinner experience definitely wouldnât recommended. Hope they are able to improve because they used to be very good.
The service is very slow and poor. The drinks are small and very sweet. However, the food is good.
