Gorgeous location in the Back Bay. It's close enough to get to the T trains, or take a walk around and see the sights. The staff is super friendly.\\n\\nWe did have one issue, which is mostly the sun's fault. With our west facing room, it does get a little warm in the room. That being said, after talking to the front desk, they sent someone up. The maintenance man (I didn't catch his name) was incredibly kind and talked to us about how he had been fighting the sun all day to keep the rooms cool. After a while the rooms did cool down.

Came here on vacation. It's a nicely equipped Hotel.\\nIs centralized for a fair amount of sightseeing in the area, especially in Back Bay.\\n\\nI would recommend this hotel as it was clean the service was mostly available, although lightly staffed, for the amount of people that were traveling through, especially on a weekend.\\n\\nThe price point was a bit high, but at the end of the day it wasn't noisy and worth it.

Stayed here during a convention and it was very convenient and close to everything! It is pretty pricey though and some parts could be improved. Business center had no ink to print things and toilet in the room was not flushing properly. Overall the room was clean and service was good.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel although it is a 4 star property. The service was generally good and the hotel rooms were spacious. I had a river view room and the view was really beautiful. The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is a walking distance to most of the city’s attractions.

Investing and getting positive returns is all I ever wanted and am glad I found it. Thanks Mrs. Sandra Billy for your great skills of mining and trading in my account, very diligent in her work. All I did was invest $5,000 and within 7days she made $42,600 profit for me. Contact Mrs. Sandra Billy via Email: [email protected] WhatsApp +15128931587

The hotel bar has talented bartenders who get their own spin on the drinks menu. The old fashioned menu is seasonal and changes a few times a year. I came back for a second time and their old fashioned drinks are spot on for spring time! Sweet and light!

We stayed for 1 night booked the "Romance Package" The ad said "don't worry about parking it's on us" but I was charged for parking anyway. I talked to the front desk at check out and they said they had no record of that. the package also said we would receive a Bottle of Champane and chocolate cover berries. we did not get those. in addition, The package was supposed to include breakfast for 2 , unfortunately my wife was feeling under the weather and we did not have the breakfast. so no free parking, no bottle and chocolates and we didn't use the breakfast . But the front desk was unwilling to even knock off the parking. Also the phone was broken in our room , the cleaning staff started bright and early slamming doors and being very loud and chatty to the point we could not sleep . and the shower glass was off the track. not the Best hotel experience we have had close to the lower end . how ever it was nice and clean. and all the staff was great , the corner room had a great city view.

Very nice rooms with beautiful views, and lovely staff. Management, however, was less than helpful and a bit rude in trying to resolve a problem of their own making. Finally resolved through a call to the Marriott corporate office. I would stay again since contact with management is usually nonexistent during stays.

Great rooms . Great location. I had issues with the staff, not the friendliest. That’s all I’ll say, but I’d stay there again, just lower my expectations.

We came to Boston for a convention. We usually stay at the Marriott at Copley, but the Westin had nicely priced rooms and had openings with both King beds and rooms with Queens which we needed. The staff from the start was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife commented that she felt like she had made many friends.
