The sausage guy 1880 Day boulevard South Boston. The food was unedible the sausage was shriveled and dry The roll was harder than a rock and the few onions would not fill a teaspoon $8 wasted will never return to this location. I have eaten off of the mobile trucks around the city and they were delicious this place should be closed.

Bread is super-fresh...that is usually the biggest problem with sausage carts in or outside of Fenway. Person working has always been great.

A bit over seasoned and salty. Great meat quality and right amount of fat. I'm a NYer so I'm thinking this might be how Boston Italians like their sausage. I would have went with 5 stars if the sausage was alittle less salty.

This guy is my hero. Before and after shows, he's waiting to serve you up a quality sausage with just the right amount of peppers and onions to make you smile.

Holy cow! This morning I was JUST talking about a dinner I made that was absolutely perfect! Homemade Sunday gravy with my meatballs. But I used YOUR sausage... a HIT! And then I see you on I195!!! So cool! Being a Jersey girl and new to the area, I wasn't aware of the sandwich. But I certainly know my Italian sausage! And yours are PERFECT! Especially the hot! I will be making my way to you in Boston VERY soon! And as a caterer, this is the ONLY sausage I'll use, if I can help it!

This review is for the hot sausage. The sweet sausage is perfect, wouldn't change a thing. The hot sausage should be called mildly spiced. The flavor is good, but no heat. I've tried this sausage twice 2 months apart thinking maybe it's a bad batch, but it is just lame. They should be ashamed of themselves
