Wow! I ordered a few things from The Real Deal in JP Yesterday. EVERYTHING I ordered was Absolutely Delicious! The Patty Melt was one of the best things I have ever tasted! The ”Godfather” I took for lunch today at work. Delicious! The combo of flavors was just perfect. They certainly know how to cook at this place! Wow! The Real Deal will be my new go-to place for take out!
I swear to God my order is never right when I order from here. I literally asked if everything was right before I left and he ensured me it was. Low and behold a nice Leo the lion on dry roll I didn’t ask for ! Somehow cheese melted on a cold sub that should’ve been on a wrap. Annoyed, waste of money and closed so I can’t do anything about it now. Happy birthday to me. Ps let me know if you can find the “chicken salad”
This place is the real deal! All joking aside I found this place to be very interesting. It's more or less standard house of pizza fare (plus burgers) but sort of elevated in a way. The chicken strips for instance are not frozen and shipped like most places, but battered in house with some proprietary blend. The mozzarella sticks similarly had a very good fry and breading and a great cheese stretch. My only criticism is please fix the marinara sauce. It was on the thin side, no delicious chunks of tomato and it didn't really stick to the mozzarella sticks. People like thick hearty marinara sauce!
We stopped by for a quick bite before our Sam Adams Brewery tour, and were absolutely blown away. The food was a shift from the norm, it was amazing, fresh, plentiful, and very well priced. The girl that rang us up was super patient, described the dishes we asked about, and genuinely cared about how we enjoyed the food. We aren't in the area very often, but if we are again, we will absolutely be back. Thank you!

Ordered delivery via Uber eats but staff didn't properly check contents of order for delivery driver so I only received half my order. My pizza was left sitting at the restaurant, confirmed by girl who answered the phone. Please be more aware of orders being picked up. Also the chicken I did receive was dry and flavorless.
I frequently order takeaway for lunch while I'm working. The service and quality is consistently top notch!
The Asian sesame salad is so good. A little extra wonton and I'm in heaven.
