Great service and fabulous dinner
Now that The Palm is part of Landry's there are a lot of changes with the food and wine, and not for the better. The service is still excellent. The ambience is still excellent. The wine list has become a mediocre value selection and there are misses with the food, most predominantly no seasoning. Additionally, I ordered the fish special, and it was beautifully presented but had to be sent back as it wasn't cooked. We will still go back as the meat selections are great.

the service and food was a fire star. Julie was our server who was very attentive and gave us a great experience at The Palm.
Terrible service. I am 20 years old and did not order alcohol and I believe because of my age and the fact that I was not ordering alcohol, the servers did not give my party the time of day. I spent lots of money on subpar food and this was a very momentous and special occasion as someone in my party turned 21, and this was certainly not the right decision to come to this restaurant.
John my waiter was actually top notch his service was better than the food!
Wanted to try a different steak house and this one was definitely one of the worst in Boston. Service and food very poor quality. Definitely will not recommend
