I was there on a business trip this August. The location was perfect, and the design and detail to the hotel were nothing short of amazing. The beds were comfortable. The food selection was delish at any of the venues there. if you have a chance or have a question about sites or information MIRKO BISSETA was perfect for this. He is Chef Concierge, very polite, patient, and knowledgable. He has a great ear for detail, really appreciated that. Fantastic staff, you'll love your stay!!

Lovely weekend at the Liberty! We have eaten at Clink & Scampo before but this was our first stay. Check in was smooth and quick with a glass of Prosecco to boot ! The old Jail conversion to luxury property has fun references in all the decor. The room was spacious with a seating area and king bed which was comfy and as active as the central foyer bar is the hallway was quiet. Large bathroom with soaker tub and shower as well as Molton brown bath products we loved. All staff was friendly and accommodating from start to finish and we look forward to our next visit!

I stayed at the Liberty for 5 days and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. In addition to being rich with history, the Liberty lived up to its expectations of being one of the top hotels in Boston. I was dealing with a very painful pinched nerve while also hosting some investors, and the team made all the difference in the world. Mirko, the chef concierge, in particular was so helpful. He made restaurant recommendations and reservations, was accommodative in receiving my passport that I had delivered to the hotel, and generally provided first class service that I felt like I was really in the 5 star full service hotel which the Liberty is. It’s the only hotel I’ll stay at while in Boston!

It is a beautiful building .. very central for sight seeing . It is extremely expensive. The restaurants in the hotel are ridiculously priced as is the food in the bar . Unfortunately no pool . Valet pArking , extremely expensive . All in all a beautiful place but not sure the balance is right — a trifle too much money for what is offered

Exceptional stay in a central high end hotel Everything was perfect Rooms, services , people Rooms are clean , designed and peaceful Easy to find, easy to walk around downtown Boston and visit the city ! It is really a gray place to stay I recommend

This is a terrible place at least for Marriott members. 1. The most ridiculous part: there is NO suite option for Marriott Suite Award Certificate. This hotel only provide a non-suite options such as corner room for upgrade using certificate. 2. Although I only chose the corner room, the hotel declined my certificate. I finally got a basic room with no view. I am both Marriott Titanium and Hyatt Globalist member, never had ZERO room upgrade in both program in my past stays even in new year and other holidays or event days. I guest it is the hotel runs their business well and does NOT to care the elite members from Marriott. 3. It is expensive both in cash and points, but the room is fake luxury. 3.1. There is crack in the washing basin in the bathroom. 3.2. It has separate soaking bath tub, however, the material is cheap plastic. And the standing shower area is extremely small. 3.3. Cheap bath toiletries. 3.4. No swimming pool. This hotel is a fake luxury hotel that does not care elite members. If you'd like better hotel conditions, go other luxury brands. If you'd like enjoy elite benefits, definitely do NOT waste money/points in this place.

The hotel was nice. Rooms were ok. I was asked not to sit in the lobby because they had an event. Hotel was very warm. Sink wouldn't drain. Breakfast for 3 with voucher was 160.00. Friday and Saturday the lobby turns into a night club. You need to make your way around the cround. For the price I would like to enjoy myself without the visitors. Events and local "celebrities " are a priority at this hotel. Not worth the money.

This hotel is fabulous. It is a super cool renovated prison, which sounds strange but is not. The restaurants are great and the longe is also fantastic. Very convenient to the red and blue and green line subway. Our room was great with a nice walk in shower and complementary bottled water. They also have complementary coffee in the lobby every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Also, a special thank you to Doug at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect room. My kids enjoyed the extra space we all slept great. Love the small touches that you don't from hotels anymore (toiletries, fully stocked fridge, etc). We will be back again soon!

Fantastic Bar and bar staff. Great help from Concierge Mirko. Breakfast at Clink often crowded so need to book table. Right next to Red Line Subway and good connections. Excellent choice of restaurants locally.
