I went to a lot of bars in Boston, and this place was easily the worst. Clearly not the best bar in pyongyang yet alone Boston. I was there for the Frozen Four as they decided to host two teams fan bases for the pregame party, except they weren't prepared. Like at all. It was bad, 20 minutes between drinks, surley staff, just plain bad. I get you were overwhelmed but we tipped much better than we should have, and you threatened to shank me (the customer) for having the audacity to expect a drink in under 30 minutes. Personally, I blame the management not the bartender. It was my first day in Boston so I put up with it, but yikes. Go a block over to Sully's where they are prepared, the drinks flow, and no one threatens to kill you and the real Boston fans go. We talked to so many locals who said avoid after the fact, and they were right. So many better options close to TD Garden, why subject yourself to this place..
Amazing staffGreat location for events or to hang out pre or post gameWe enjoyed some pizzas, sliders and Heineken beers
If you are going to host guests that are coming in from out of town for a major event, do your research and be prepared.Day 1One waitress on the 4th floor for a full area of NCAA Frozen Four fans. At least two more should have been on hand to be able to keep up with the demand from guests.Had a Mushroom Swiss burger. It was good; but asked for Medium Rare and got Medium Well.Day 2Sat in the same area. We were a group of 7. Told after being there for an hour, planning on being there for at least two hours more enjoying food, drink, being with family/friends since before Covid19. Also same time period that we did on day 1.All of the sudden we were told we needed to move in under an hour. We had even ordered appitizers, and said we were waiting for more people to join us for main entrees. The area wasn't blocked off and should have been. The floor was now full for the second night pre-game festivities for the NCAA Frozen Four and no other tables were available.Again if this area was going to be needed and the same crowd was coming back then the area should have been blocked off immediately and or before guests were arriving. We were moved to an area near the bathroom which was a high traffic area which resulted in members of our table being pushed and bumped more time than we can count. We were also give a round of drinks. When our guests arrived we ordered our entrées. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoes and onions and a side of mayo. Again I ordered it Medium Rare. I received a Bacon Cheeseburger Well Done Without lettuce, tomatoe, onion and mayo. Others that ordered Medium-Rare received Medium-Rare. Didn't send it back because I would have waited forever for a new one.I was not impressed.Only trip to Boston since 1984. I know I will never be back again or recommend this place to anyone. We also did one check and we tip our severs well because the issues of the establishment and cooking staff doesn't reflect on the service they themselves provide.
I was visiting Boston and was going to go here for drinks and diner until I saw the picture of Kennedy. The Kennedy family has done more to destroy America especially Ted so I won’t be going. The owners response on another review also told me what I already know about these types. Liberalism is a mental disorder
The food and wait staff are excellent. Burger was perfectly cooked and fries were fresh and hot.
Mainstay of The Garden area with 4 floors and the best place to watch any kind of sports. Beer choice is limited and the staff is often less then pleased to be there (even before COVID) but with everything else closing in the area this place should be your first stop before a Celtics or Bruins game.
Very nice restaurant before a Celtics game. 4 different floors. Love the decoration of the 4th floor with Kennedys' and Washington's portraits.Good food.
Great pre/post game place for bruins & Celtics games. Excellent service and decent food, with a relaxed atmosphere. It's like 2 minutes from the Garden
I came to visit after attending a Celtics game. The Bartender upstairs (where the arcade games are) was extremely rude for no reason. The attitude and snark was unnecessary. It killed my vibe and night. Besides this, I actually loved the DJ, and the diversity in music he was playing…arcade games…and chill vibes. I won’t be returning though. I prefer to spend my money in establishments that appreciate their customers. As a bartender, if you’re having a bad night or don’t like customer facing…skip work or find another job.
This place denied me service on my 21st birthday. Either they are dumb or clueless whichever way do not waste your time. Last place I’d bring someone new to Boston. They were extremely rude about the delivery as well. Happy holidays (except to greatest bar)
