I went with a couple of friends to eat here. I ordered a burger well done and they gave me the burger completely red from the inside. I told them “I asked for the burger well done” and they took the plate and came back with my food half an hour later when all was left on my friends’ plates were bones. The plate also did not come back with fries that was supposed to come with it. They still insisted on charging me for the burger and fries with no accommodations whatsoever.After going back and forth with my waiter, they finally agreed to not charge me for the burger. BUT, they did charge me a “service charge” of $12.09. I assumed this would be a gratuity charge for the waiter so I did not give tip, especially due to the terrible customer service and horrible sketchy experience.The worst part of it all, is that a couple of days later, I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $10, almost as if they actually added $10 of tip on their own from my receipt!Overall, the service was terrible. The waiter tried to make me feel guilty about not taking the burger saying that she would not charge me for it “even if she had to pay for it”. I was given my food extremely late and expected to pay full price. I was also basically robbed $10 by the staff. Worst Fridays experience I’ve ever had.
If you want fast service. Good luck! The staff work in their own time zone. It may take them 10 minutes just to notice you at lunch time!. The food is good, it arrives to your table fresh and hot. The staff is nice. BUT! You mightfinish your dinner by Saturday instead of on Friday
My son wanted to try TGI Fridays. So, we went for a late lunch. Our server was very sweet. The food came out in a timely manner. However, the food wasn't that good. The chicken wasn't cooked properly. The marinara sauce tasted like ketchup. The dish I got had too much oil to the point it was hard to eat. The dessert was good though
I don’t mean to be informal but this place sucks. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to even realize the hostess had seated us (party of 8). Even after it all there was no apology from the server whatsoever. This place was not busy when we entered! Horrible service I do not recommend this place. Wouldn’t even give it a star.
Do not go to the Tremont Street location!!! Come here often for drinks, they are never strong , the food is gross you have to go all the way out to the Dedham or farther to get a good meal. The cooks definitely don’t care about the Quality of the food they are serving !!
I have never had the worst birthday dinner the steak looked like it was over cooked i asked for Medium well I refused the whole plate and it took almost 30 min to get my cocktail before we even sat down they try to force me to sit in a spot that I did not want and I really felt unheard I will not go here again and I dont recommend it the only nice person was my sever I feel bad that hes works for such a company
NONE OF THE WORKERS HAD THEIR MASK ON PROPERLY, ALL THE KITCHEN STAFF HAD THEIR MASK ON THEIR CHIN, ALSO EATING ON LINE AS THEY'RE PREPARING FOOD PLEASE DO BETTER JUST AS YOU ASK FOR VACCINE PROOF WE AS CUSTOMERS JUST WANT OUR FOOD PREPARED SAFE?
Went for a quick bite after work with my lady. I'd have to say this was 0 out of 5 for me. The bartender looks as if he hates his job, his customer service skills were trash, the food quality was terrible. The drink I ordered had residue, and overall the place did not seem welcoming at all.
I picked my food around 6PM at this Brigham Women Hospital location. I have terrible customer services from a latino staff who gave me food. He was so rude and mean. I planned to call his boss to complain but it is better to write here for people to review.The GM should train him how to be a better customer service employee.
Well...... all foods were so dry and not that tasty. I even thought I could make better than this. And the reason that I was disappointed so much is that the served food is not same/similar at all compared to the photos that the website posts
