Visited it for the first time with the kids. Sorry to say this, absolutely not impressed with the food. Even my kids didn't want to finish eating. The burgers tasted very bad, it is like burgers from Market Basket rotisserie, they are tasteless. The fries thin and dried, the fountain drinks only on demand, don't know if you can ask for refill.
Love the staff, they've all always been very respectful and attentive with me. And they're fast! Tasty burger at back bay is a great spot to dine at with friends and if you've got no plans on a Thursday- Saturday night, it's a nice little bar to chill at, if sports and other entertainment appeal to you, they have pretty nice T.V.s too. Check em out!
The food was really great. The service was great too. The manager was extremely nice and worthy of this 5 star review. They have a bar, and plenty of seating.
The staff is lovely. The food is good. The price is good. Honestly I can't complain. Doesn't reinvent the burger but why change something that isn't broken. If you are hungry and need something quick, this will do it.
