Take a seat at the table! Honestly, this is the first multi course meal where I've left fully stuffed. They do not skimp on the portion size at all and I had a full blown food baby belly when I left. We came here on a Friday because we were moving out of the area and wanted a true Italian North end experience.5 stars for the friendly servers. They took care of us all night.5 stars for the octopus appetizer. It was perfect. Crispy on the outside without being rubbery. I've never had better!! (Usually people just fry it, but this was grilled).5 stars for the meatballs!!! So flavorful. I think they outshine the pasta dish that followed.4 stars for the other dishes and dessert. There was nothing wrong with them at all but when some dishes knocked it out of the park you were kind of surprised when a dish was just normal.I would definitely go back because I know their menu changes. Also order a drink. Their named after different regions in Italy and knock a herbaceous liquor ✊.
Had the most wonderful time at Table! They serve 7 courses for a prefix price and every course was incredible. It is a very intimate environment with community tables, which encourages you to be friendly and bond over the incredible food. It felt like one big party of different unique individuals all sharing the love of food.
Absolutely phenomenal food and service experience! Work group dinner outing of 15 people; everyone loved it. Reservation process and advance communications were easy and proactive. Food and wine were incredible; servers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive; and atmosphere was warm and fun. I recommend Table to everyone I know who is traveling to Boston and looking for an amazing Italian dinner experience.
This was an incredible experience. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The meal was amazing and 3 hours flew by. Everything on the menu was delicious and you get more than enough food for each course. Will come back for sure.
Generic food at best for 114.00 a seat + any cok ktails or wine, rememver you are taxed and the tip is also added on. Be careful . The food is not that good, very small plates of cheese, olives and bread cover half the tasting menu. We left hungry. The owner, was swearing and yelling at a customer for complaining about some issue? The owner quite obnoxious. We will never go back..
I usually go to Italian restaurants at North End because I really love Italian food. Unfortunately my experience at the Table Family (restaurant, Mercato, cafe) was disgusting. I will never go back even if is the only option I have.
Great experience. The communal seating was a little awkward at first, but the food and drinks were so good we ended up talking about it with everyone around us. Even ended up going to get drinks afterwards with the couple next to us. Excellent food and excellent experience.
Lovely restaurant in North End that offers a communal family style seating. Everyone sits on one table so if you prefer a private table this isn’t for you. ?It’s a fixed menu for a fixed price. My mistake was that I didn’t check the menu beforehand and most of the dishes had pork I can tell you that whatever didn’t have pork was delicious. The bread & garlic was a great starter. I enjoyed the salad & burrata but the short rib ravioli was my absolute favorite!! ?The octopus was another good dish. & the orange sorbet was a delightful palate cleanser? For dessert we enjoyed a bread pudding served with ice cream & left happy & full ?
I worked with Jen and her team in March 2022 to throw a bridal luncheon for my sister, and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. I really appreciated working with a chef and business owner who knows exactly what she wants/can accommodate and who has a strong culinary vision. Jen was always very quick to respond to my emails, provide direct and clear responses to my questions, and point me to where I needed to go (including a fantastic florist recommendation)! With Jen's help (and delicious cooking), we were able to throw a bridal luncheon that wowed all of our guests, most of whom flew in from outside of the state to attend the event. The service was excellent (thank you Sarah!), the space was gorgeous, and the food was incredible (even her housemade *lemonade* was exceptional! How did she manage to do that?!). Regarding the lemonade - Jen was very kindly willing to work with me to provide non-alcoholic drinks to our guests, which I know was a headache given the small space but appreciated all the same. Thank you again Jen and team! I can't wait to dine with you again as part of your regular dinner service, or perhaps another event in the future. I'm still dreaming about that bread, shrimp, gnocchi, and (really) the whole meal... yum!
Nice experience (have been already out her 3 times) menu finally changed (this is the main reason you don’t have to go back often). This is a fix menu…. Plenty of food sometimes hard to finish. Quality of the food is high…. Good service …. Downside is that you share the table with other people. So if you are looking for privacy and have a romantic dinner … this is not the place. Recommend for small group … 4-6 people so you have your own space. Menu has 6 courses from appetizers to desert with a break in the middle for a sorbet. Rosemary focaccia is amazing … be careful not to eat too much otherwise you can’t finish your dinner. Drinks are big and well done. My Aperol spritz is oversize compared to the Boston standard.
