Stay away from this location. My wife and I got food poisoning after eating there. And our friend who also ate with us that day got rashes on her face.
Salads are great but salmon sizing is small

Beautiful, big location and conveniently located in walking distance of the hospitals. I stopped in to bring a salad back to my mom at Brigham & Women’s (sweetgreen is her favorite place for a meal). All 3 staff members that assisted me were very friendly and kind.
Best sweet green I’ve been too. Beautiful location and all the workers are awesome ESPECIALLY Monah!!!! Thankful for this location!
SweetGreen is by far one of my favorite salad places in the area. I was so glad to see they were opening a location in Longwood, closer to my home than the other current locations. However, this location is by far the worst one in MA! The service is awful, the employees truly struggle to make a basic salad order… it’s terrible. My salad comes out awful every time. They always forget the bread, when I tell them heavy dressing it is barely ever heavy… and to top it off my salad often has full stems of Kale in it. They are not properly prepping their ingredients before placing it into the line bar.I’d rather take the extra time to go to a different location, the Longwood one is awful. Not worth the trip and absolutely not worth spending my money there. I only provided two stars here because the other locations are actually great and I love this company, but the Longwood location is a no for me.
The food is great but this was some of the worst service and treatment I have ever received, it made the entire experience so awkward and uncomfortable.The woman who took our order was incredibly rude and borderline aggressive. We did absolutely nothing to deserve the treatment we received, we simply walked up and ordered our bowls and sides as any average person would. The woman was so rude, had so much attitude, and was acting like she was incredibly angry with us and her co-workers. She was rushing us (we were not taking long to order anything and had actually decided what we wanted before we even arrived and had our orders ready to go) and was acting like our existence was a huge inconvenience and annoyance to her. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I don't even treat people I very much dislike the way that she treated us. I was astonished that she was treating customers like this in front of her coworkers and no one said anything to her about it.I love sweetgreen and look forward to my meals here, I usually get incredibly friendly and kind treatment, but after this experience, I will never be back to this location again.
