Whatever you do DO NOT order ahead or for delivery. They straight up gave me a salad with no lettuce/kale. It also takes forever to get it.

Seasonal fresh ingredients are SG's language. I had their peach and goat cheese bowl with toasted almonds and mint. Service is very friendly. You can also personalize your bowl any which way you like.

Ordering to go is wildly painful. Instead of using the built in shelves with name labeling, the staff keeps the orders behind the register. This creates chaos as patrons must queue and ask for their to go orders individually, which the staff then finds slowly as they sort through the many orders behind them. I genuinely have no idea why they don't use the system built into the wall for this exact purpose. The attached pictures are related. The first is the long line to pick up during the dinner rush, and the second is the unused wall system. Also the salads are tasty but expensive.

I am enjoying their summer salad. It is super refreshing. I opted for the medium spice and found it just tangy enough.

The food is as good as always. Although this is a very busy location. The staffs seem to be trying their best but mistakes are still made. After indicating they received my adjustments to the bowls (3 additions in 2 different bowls), none of these additions were made to the end.The seating here is also quite limited.

Sensational fresh food is all you need to know. Toss in only 700 calories (harvest bowl) for about $13? I only wish there was one near me. Bravo!

Actually the worst Sweetgreen location. Food is consistently ready 30-50+ minutes late and they routinely forget ingredients like the protein, add-ins, etc. Once I ordered an arugula salad for delivery and they left out the ARUGULA. Staff is also pretty rude and will snap at you for no reason.

Took hot honey chiken plate - good balanced food. The only complaint - sweet potatos were burnt, wasted majority of them. I also wish the staff is in masks, they are talking over the food. Other than that, enjoyed my visit there.

Fine and balanced food. Staff tries to help sometimes but their access to English is limited and for an elder it is hard to understand. Maybe clearer and larger signage.

Sweetgreen is Healthy and affordable. The meals were quickly made by friendly folks. And the portions were more than enough. This spot was a pleasant surprise during.Boston Marathon Weekend.
