This is supposed to be a Harvest Bowl with extra chicken and tomatoes added (medium dressing). As you can see, there is no rice, sweet potato, almonds, extra portion of chicken (which is $3 extra!), etc. and the bowl is hardly full and the remaining ingredients they actually gave me are drowning in the dressing.

My wife and I are big fans of sweetgreens and have tried the new york and boston branches quite often. This one branch, however, was, sadly, a terrible experience. The portion of salad and dressing was too small, and the quality was nowhere near the other branches we've tried. Sad to see a good brand losing its quality like this.
My fiance got a salad here. It was pretty tasty. Good size for value.There was also a large dead geen bug in the salad. Think about the size of an adult thumb tip. Just there dead in the salad.She was able to get a refund so we appreciate that. 3 stars for that.
wasn’t expecting much from a chain but so pleasantly surprised at the flavours, freshness and service. wish we had sweetgreen in Canada.
Pushed back into a random corner of the mall. If you can find it, it’s great. Sweetgreen has yet to miss!

The customer service was awesome, friendly and lively.I only gave a 4 star review because you’re required to have a phone or internet connection and I see too many places doing this. Sure, it’s convenient for a majority of people but I think it’s unfair and elitist to just assume everyone has a smart phone in their pocket and offer NO other option. What about those who are disabled? Elderly? Don’t have money or the space for an app? What about people who only have cash?You can only order through their website or their app. There is no way to pay and order in person atleast at this specific location so either be prepared to sit there and figure it out or order ahead.Other than that it was good, my salad was pretty and well prepared
The food is good but the customer service has declined along with the portion size. Sweetgreen use to be one of my favorite to go places but I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
