I went in to get some food but to also return a drink I bought 2 days ago when I was there. The taste was way off like it had gone bad and had a weird bitter bite to it. They kept trying to brush it off like it was just because the tea is unsweetened. I know the tea is unsweetened. I drink Unsweetened tea, that is not the problem. Offered me a refund or replacement- then promptly rescinded the offer, demanding my receipt.I also ordered the hot honey chicken plate. My plate was made and waited next to her at the register next to her as I looked for the receipt. Then as I am at the register, looking for the receipt for the drink someone comes from the back to swap out my already proportioned and covered plate. I look up at the woman, a manager who came out to speak to me about the drink, and she just laughed.I leave. I go to eat, food definitely does not taste as good as usual but on top of that there is a weird suddenly strong bad flavor I cannot identify. I spit it out and throw the rest of the plate away. I later feel sick and super out of it later.So if drugging people or contaminating the food is how they treat customers who were not rude, but just had a complaint, you may want to save your money and go elsewhere.
Got a nice $13 (+$8 fees) hot honey chicken bowl that was under proportioned, with a nice side of melted plastic on my chicken. I'm certainly not going to risk another $20+ ordering. Guess I'll have to trash this and go to subway for lunch. Thanks for caring, and not having working phones in the actual stores to get this fixed in time for lunch?
I really like the hot honey sauce and the hot honey chicken plate is such a beautiful plate.
Literally shocked when i took the lid off. Barely anything in the bowl, missing two ingredients- the almonds and kale cabbage slaw. I paid $13 for this.. This is the second time they have given me hardly anything in the order. Def will not be going back to this location again.
I love SWEETGREEN but this location is the worst! For 18 dollars they forgot most of my ingredients and I received an almost empty bowl even though I added extra of almost everything. Never again! Do better!Based on those reviews it looks like I am not the only having this issue!
I ordered the new sweet green Chimichurri Protein dish. It is a great dish to eat after a gym workout. It has plenty of protein in it..I recommend this dish to anybody. ??️?????

They’re always so precise when it comes to having orders ready on time. The staff here is always super sweet. I love it here. The only part that really sucks about this location is parking. I usually park in the Whole Foods parking lot next door just in case I decide to sit outside and eat my salad there.
One of the worst locations of sweetgreen I’ve ever been to. I ordered on Postmates and when I arrived to the location, they said they didn’t have it. Either someone stole it or it was thrown out. Shouldn’t employees make sure the orders reach the hands of the right customer? They were unwilling to remake my order. They act like the food they serve comes directly out of their pay checks. No wonder why the place was empty. Terrible service, unwelcoming, and irresponsible. When I worked at sweetgreen my manager would never allow this kind of behavior.
