I used to love this place and their food and I’ve been ordering from here for a very long time. But today I found a bug on my leftover basil fried rice I ordered for dinner on 4/28 through Uber Eats. This is very unacceptable. Cleanliness is the most important thing when dealing with food and clearly you can see they are lacking majorly in that department. I am literally traumatized and makes me nervous to eat at any restaurant.
I ordered 2 noodle dishes with chicken for pickup during my lunch break and when i arrived they had only put in 1 order. This really disrupted my timing for lunch because it took another 15 minutes for them to make the second dish that I had already ordered. The restaurant did not apologize for the mistake, they just put my order in and I paid for it. On top of that issue this dish had the option to add chicken, the amount of chicken in this dish cant possibly be considered a up charge because it was around 2 tablespoons worth of chicken that was so thin. This was so disappointing and a complete rip off in combination with the service I would not recommend this restaurant again!
I clearly said if peas remove and then asked if they could read ingredients and read all didn't mention peas. So irritated had to pick my food of peas. Time consuming if food was free be different. But disappointed and will not be back it was almost $20 and they should cook to your liking of customer ? likes. Food wasn't free so I should got what I wanted. Won't go again. I tried this place will go back to house of siam that won't or ever mess my thai food up.
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. The customer service in this place is absolutely disgusting. One of the workers tried tp fight a customer for a mistake the customer ADMITTED to making.. I've heard good things about this place but will make sure to let people not to waste their time here. Workers tried to argue with multiple customers as I was in the restaurant as well.Quality of the food... ZERO. Rice was over cooked along with the meat. I've never had dry sushi in my life. I was better off going to Whole Foods.
I ordered Pad Thai Chicken and Massaman Curry Tofu. Sweet Rice JP burnt the Pad Thai and they gave me Massaman Curry Chicken instead of Massaman Curry Tofu. In addition, the Massaman curry was watered down. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Favorite go-to Thai place!! The crab rangoons are a must and the Tom Yom soup is unreal.
I would not recommend ordering pickup here. I live fairly close to this place so have ordered pickup a few times. Every time they say "it'll be ready in 40-45mins", but then you arrive and are stuck inside with 15 other people for an additional 30-40mins. Last time I even called ahead 10mins before it should have been ready to double check and it was still 30mins late from what they told me on the phone. And as I was crammed in there waiting with they were still telling people to come by in 40-45mins even though it was clearly taking much much longer.NOTE TO SWEET RICE TEAM: Please update your wait times to something practical. Just say it'll be 60mins or 75mins if that is realistic. I would have had no issue just picking up in 75mins when its actually ready. Having customers crammed into the waiting area is NOT COVID SAFE. Please be considerate to your customer's health & time and set more realistic wait times if you need the extra time!The food itself is good - consistently decent thai food. I haven't tried the sushi
Absolutely best place ever. The food always tastes so good. We order with Ubereats and it always come super fresh and perfect temperature.
Vegan Options:- avocado fresh roll & peanut sauce- fried tofu- pad C-U w/ tofu & veggies - no egg!- penang curry tofu & veggies
Friendly staff and plenty of indoor seating. The appetizer were delious and the dinner was very good. It's worth stopping by for good food and drinks.
