The people here are super rude!!! The heavy set lady with the black hair saw me standing there obviously unsure where to go to pick up my preordered cake and literally ignored me. Same thing with the next worker. I literally had to say hellooo can I ask a question before anyone would help me. Not sure if it was because I am African American with natty dreads or what. If I didn't need the cake for my mom's birthday today I would have just requested a refund. Terrible customer service
This place is amazing! The birthday cakes are works of art and they taste great. I cannot wait to go back and sample everything else I saw in the bakery cases! Plus everyone who works there is really nice.
Good variety of bakery items. A little expensive but worth a visit. Very good cannolis and you must order some brambles (mini raspberry pastry).

Just got 2 dozen delivered to work for a going away party all I can say is AMAZING!!!
Disappointed. Prices do not appear by the items so you have to ask the staff about every single item. They, understandably, seem frustrated, as I would be if there was lots of work to be done.Found most of the things very expensive. Felt very uncomfortable with the entire experience because I could not make a decision without constantly asking for prices. The staff could be prepared as they did not know how many pieces I was going to purchase so they could not get the right box ready. Cookies were displayed some distance from the counter against the back wall with hand written labels that were hard the read. The writing was pretty but small so I had trouble reading.But it was the fact that chocolate chips were added to Italian Wedding cookies that prompted me to write this review. I'm 73 and have been enjoying the Italian Wedding cookies for many years but never with chocolate chips.Not planning a return trip to Sagar.
This bakery is refusing takeout service if you don’t have your “papers” this is not Nazi Germany -SHAME!! Boycott this bakery.
One of our goals during our weekend trip to Boston was to experience Boston Cream Pie. Sugar Baking Co. had an AWESOME cupcake version. Just enough to satisfy!
The grapenut pudding was just like my Gram used to make it. Delicious treats and friendly staff! 10 out of 10!
