The worst customer service. Horribly trained employees.
Said open til 830 but closed at 8. Walked in door at 803pm. Door unlocked and nobody inside
My corgi and I frequent this Starbucks more than I’d like to admit but the workers are just so friendly that I love visiting them! They always give Benny, my corgi, lots of love - so of course he convinces me to go back haha
My friend spilled my drink and they replaced it without question free of charge. ? Great and swift service.
The staff were very friendly, and greeted people when they walked in, even though they were busy. I got my drink quickly and the restaurant was clean.
Perfect place with a smooth ambiance.. like the fast service
Terrible experience. I was asked to put my mask on while I was drinking water. Some people can be real dumb let me tell you.
It’s in a very handy location and the baristas are always friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my order. As of my last visit, there was no seating available, which isn’t a problem - just want others to be aware.
My two friends and I had an extremely weird experience at this Starbucks. I felt very uncomfortable. It was first odd because when we first went in, the employees were just chatting. Of course, there’s no problem with this. There weren’t any other customers. The problem was that they seemed annoyed that we were there and unhappy to take our order. We asked to use the restroom and were provided the code. There was no toilet paper. When we asked for some, every single employee just stared at us. Not one word was said. It was extremely awkward. They then started looking for the toilet paper as if they had no idea where it was. Then, my friend took a sip of his drink (mind you - ONE SIP) one this cold day of 10 degrees to warm himself up while he waited for us. They must have been just watching him, because they immediately criticized him and told him not to. (I understand there are policies, that’s fine). The weirdness continued while I waited for my friend to finish up using the bathroom. I was leaning against a wall into a window sill since they didn’t have chairs. A worker was staring at me and immediately told me I wasn’t allowed to do that. As if I was a child. It was a COLD day and we were just trying to be comfortable as we finished using the restroom. I have never felt more unwelcome in an establishment. It was as if they could not wait for us to leave. I am not normally one to criticize essential workers and am very appreciative of their hard work. At the same time, it would be nice to go into an establishment and at least feel welcome. I felt that this Starbucks had an extremely odd and hostile environment. I was hurt and disappointed. We are all just humans doing our best. Let’s treat people with respect, understanding, and kindness.
Great spot but their frappe test nothing like Starbucks
