They are quick and easy especially online ordering. Everything is organized that's why I mess with Starbucks on the daily! Lol
Really nice here. I ordered the wrong tea and after paying they changed it for me. I then also forgot to mention that i wanted almond milk they changed it again without charge!
Gave me a $12 refund in gift cards for a $13 order that they couldn’t fulfill.
The staff is friendly and nice. However, I came to this location twice and they never seem to understand the order. They always do at least one mistake.

I was here on a Monday holiday. The staff seemed like they were hanging on by a thread. I asked for a bagel that was represented in the display case. Sorry there aren't any. I changed to banana bread. I ordered a coffee. I asked where the cream was and they said they keep it behind the counter. Outside there were two tables. One was occupied. The other looked like it hadn't been cleaned this week. While sitting at the dirty table I was engaged by a homeless person.
They had a bathroom I didn't have to ask to get into... Service was swift.
Usually I prefer boutique place for coffee. This is in my hood, the staff is so courteous and friendly. It is the staff that make this a place for me to grab a quick Cap in the morning and chill at OWC Food Forest on the corner of Stanford and Cambridge.Love my neighborhood.

Todays highlight....Starbuck on Cambridge Street. Offers a free drink for discrimination to a local longtime customer and resident. Store Rep that did this had Red hair and and service was provided at 10:00-1030pm. Mistreatment due to color. Starbuck Costomer Service compliant was made at the lo ation site and soothed by the offer of a free drink.Cheers!
