just order a grande size with light ice and they made me half of the cup only?? this is not the first time I have had bad experience with ordering in this location!! would never order here again!!

This Starbucks is wicked slow. So many people standing around not making coffee
They work so slow. I spent 20 minutes waiting for the coffee.
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve went to! The drinks are below average and same with the sandwiches. The service is the worst of all. I ordered a drink and when the employee was making it for me she looked at me and rolled her eyes in a rude way. When she gave me the drink she slid it and it would have fell off the table if I didn’t grab it quickly. As soon as she slid it to me she just turned around not even caring about what would have happened if she dropped the drink. I don’t know why this girl had so much attitude. I didn’t even speak to her. It was out of the blue.
Weekday early mornings they are fast with orders and consistent with how the drinks are made. Order on the train and walk in to pick it up, I’ve never had to wait for my order and never been disappointed by this location.
Waited 20 min for 2 cups of tea while all the employees were just chit chatting. No sense of urgency.
Friendly staff, clean facility, good location.
It seems like a very busy location use the app to help speed up your wait time. It's very clean and quiet.
Love the 8am weekday crew. They’re always welcoming, friendly, and know my name and order. Relatively quick to get my order too. One of my favorite Starbucks in Boston.
