This store has an excellent location but is somewhat small with scruffy looking surroundings.
the oat milk is weirdly thicker here than any other starbucks i’ve been to before, but the staff here is absolutely wonderful
So sad to know one of my friends order a coffee the other day and when she try to reach the cup Ana one of the employees who work in the morning hit my friend in the hand, unacceptable ? I still order coffee there because is on my way to work but if this happen to me I will call the police.
I do not understand why Starbucks people complain about us ordering coffee. When it should be good for their business. Our office orders coffee and Starbucks stuff always have complains and put us to wait for very long time. Please be nice!

Waited 20 minutes for an iced latte. They prioritize mobile orders, so don’t recommend stopping at this location unless ordering ahead.
My review is based only on the fact they have no bathrooms nor tables to sit.
I visited this location in 2019 and it was really nice! The staff were fantastic! This was my first trip to Boston and the staff gave me tips on how to navigate the city and some "hidden gems" that would add to my trip. The Kettle was a neat addition.
Great place to grab a cup of Joe
