Starbucks offer quality and consistency.Great beans make great coffee. Lots of care and diligence goes into making their handcrafted specialty drinks. Lots of flavor in their baked goods, protein boxes, and sandwiches.Very friendly staff. Nice second floor lounge with lots of seating anf window views of Faneuil Hall.
Prefer Dunkin. Coffee here is burnt flavor. But good lemon cake.
Always great service and consistently decent coffee. Their lounge situation is always in flux of when it's open for seating or not.
The staff here were really nice and helped guide me through a drink choice I had never had before. The location is great. Hope that Starbucks can eventually bring them selves to offer just one vegan baked good. That would be the icing on the cake so to speak. The only criticism was that the toilet roll was empty for all the ladies and clearly the clientele need some manners as the bathroom was a disaster!

I love this and especially the location of it only thing I don't like is the junkies that come into the restaurant and act up and ruin the peace and quiet upstairs in the lounge
