Every Sunday it’s a nightmare at night here! When I come by this woman would always tell me they have no pastries and they can’t make frapps because the blender is broken. How are there no pastries and every Sunday the blender is broken? That’s ridiculous! it’s always the same woman who tells me this also she’s very rude! Jasmine I believe her name was, management should do better and get rid of people like her who don’t take their job seriously.
The food and drinks I got were amazing but I am just really upset that I was short .06 scents and the cashier wanted to charge my card for .06 scents !!! Like why couldn’t she let that slide? Very upset with my experience with this cashier. I didn’t catch her name but I am not happy with this experience
Came in at 10:54, lobby is locked, drive thru is closed with a traffic cone. Didn't get my coffee. I don't need a fancy latte at the last minute before close and I would have ordered an espresso over ice that's easy to make. Hours are till 11pm - isn't it?
So upset how there service here they don’t even know how to make a coffee right ! I mean this is not a toasted vanilla oat milk espresso tastes horrible , second time I had them made it !!!!!!!
Management needs to do better. Too many times I have came 30 minutes to close and the doors already locked and they are shutting down. SMH used to be opened 24/7 too. Seems the pandemic really tore this place apart.

Only good for drive thru. We made the mistake of going there to get a coffee and talk business with 1 laptop . Tiny tables for 2 people loud music playing with 8 plus staff behind the counter talking loudly. At 6:15pm we were approached by staff and told they are closing in 15 min. LOL...terrible experience. I will never go back to sit inside. Loud and unfriendly to guest. They Need to DO BETTER!
This location is very busy and always has a long line in the drive through. The hours have changed multiple times in the last few weeks which is an issue. I wish they would change the hours back to 24 hours...
I appreciate the new drive through setup. Service is always good here and they make the drinks correctly
App allows you to order in store pick up until 8:30, sign on the door says they're open till 8:30 inside, doors were locked at 7:30 and staff was rude as can be, demanding we take an overweight vehicle through drive-thru. Eventually they opened the doors to give us our drinks
