The employees that work at this location are wonderful! Lovely staff. They never have peach juice though, I'm never able to get my favorite drink:(
First, the hours on google is wrong. I was on my way to go to another cafe and was surprised to see that the store is open.Second, the cashier could care less what I was ordering or what I wanted. Had to repeat 3 times to place an order. Worst part, still didn’t help reload the card before charging. When I asked if the charging was done, she just gave me an ‘oops’ attitude and did nothing to make it right again.The barista was nice so I’m leaving an average star rating. But won’t return.
The order ahead feature is definitely needed as the store up the street is closed. But they do need to heat the double chocolate brownie a little more than they do.
Their app and google say they open at 6am. I placed an order on the app and tried to go pick it up at 6:15am but the door was locked. They all stood there while I knocked on the door. When I asked to please be able to get my coffee they all stood there looking at me then went back to work. Their door says they open at 6:30 but both the app and google say 6 and the app allows you to place orders but doesn’t allow a refund.
First time going to this location and every one that worked there were super helpful and nice!
At the hospitals for 12 hours on my birthday… go to get a coffee before closing and they closed before 8pm. Asked if I could get a coffee and said it was my birthday and they could care less for closing early.
Today's coffee different...drinkable temperature...
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They asked questions to verify when preparing my order. The wait was shorter than I expected for lunchtime in Boston.
Coffee was cold as usual.I order HOT COFFEE.
